Ordered a DE filter grid. Realized immediately there was an issue and tried to cancel the order. Was told by chat support to wait till wrong product arrives and return it. Unfortunately, was told I would have to pay return shipping7 days later. Between the time I spent chatting with a remote agent and trying to get my refund, I learned a valuable lesson and hope to save you the hassle and cost. This company may be a good local store, but no real logistics/infrastructure to manage national business. My advice is stay with more structured companies like Amazon or Ebay.

using them for all my pool needs for a couple of years. this is the first time had to return a half grid of a DE filter. they do not provide a return label. tried to return it on my own but the return was more expensive than the item. They were of zero help but preferred to lose a client than to help out. Feel sorry for the company

Purchased a new pool pump motor. The pump failed in less than two weeks. Can only contact Inyo Pools threw a chat. Received conflicting instructions on how the return of the bad motor. Had to pay for the return shipping. The person at Inyo Pools responding to our emails gives short incomplete responses. Waiting for refund more than 25 days. Will never do business with Inyo Pools again!!!

I ordered off of Amazons, which INYOPools was the company listed. Got the product which was the wrong part. Sent it back and went directly to INYOPools to purchase a new one. They made me send my ID to them saying they needed to check it to my Business Credit Card. Which I did and they canceled my order? The only way to contact them is through a Chat. My first Chat was about my ID because my CC was under the business name and address where the product was being shipped to. But my ID has a different address. The person on other side said that they could not help me with that and I just needed to see. The following week I got an email canceling my order because my ID didn't match. I went into another chat and try to find out why and explain I had just sent them back over $300 worth of merchandise that they received back the pervious week that I had gotten through Amazon. Was told that INYOPools has no affiliation with Amazon. I said you sell products through Amazon. Again they said No, we have no affiliation through Amazon. I just wanted to have them see that I who I am and my credit card was good. Then I just got an email about my order if I have received my order by clicking on the link below. If I haven't, wait a 24-48 hours or disregard if I canceled this order. Well I didn't cancel it they did. My charge card was charged but it was also credited for the charge. Still waiting to see my credit on the products I sent directly back to them that I purchase from Amazon who they have no "AFFILIATION" with. I am a business owner and this company is a Joke!

Worse customer service! I ordered a part, received email with tracking #, click on tracking and says I cancelled my order which I didn’t. Send an email to get a response saying contact them by email asking the problem (like my first email didn’t explain). I then decide to call. Spent very long time searching for phone number which isn’t on their site. When I finally got a number it showed a fax and landline….both rang as a fax. Never doing business with them! I also think it’s a scam.

Absolutely terrible company. Don’t care about getting the correct order shipped and when asking about THEIR screw up. They want a restocking fee and only send back half the refund. They are scam artists at its finest.

Hold off if you’re thinking about purchasing a repack gas heater purchase one from in your pools heaters one year ago Already leaking I am going through the warranty process now I will update

I tried to cancel the order, only because the order was wrong. I had ordered two brushes, when order was done only one was on the order(?). The other big problem was the shipping charges, $47 and change to ship(!!!!) other places ship free. I tried to contact inyo pool . Com, it said that was a wrong E. mail(?????) . No I’ll never order anything from you or even recommend anyone to you!!!!!!
