Hi Betterhealth3! We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with our system. Our system allows you to email to several different email addresses at once, you just need to separate the addresses with a comma ",". You can also email your client directly from our system and your client will see an added "Reply-to" header which contains your direct email. However, sometimes client's ignore this and try to reply directly to the address we used to send the email. If the emails are going to spam you can also ask them to mark any emails from Invoice Home as 'safe'. In regards to your payment issues, I've had our customer support team reach out to you to get this sorted as quickly as possible. Please let them know if there is anything else they can do for you. Hi Quintin, thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry you’re experiencing some issues. You can share your banking details with your client in the ‘Terms & Conditions’ section of the invoice. You can also get paid instantly by your clients with our online payment gateway.
