was promised a 10% discount and got…
was promised a 10% discount and got charged the full price. I called and was told they'd make it up next time. However nothing was put in my account to tell them to do it when I reorder. I'm supposed to let them know at time of order

The pharmacy is experiencing longer than usual turnaround times and with the holiday season, shipping companies may take longer to get packages delivered. We do see that your order was received on 12/11/2022 and we ask that you allow one to two weeks for delivery of services after your approved for the prescription. Management is Terribly slow and unresponsive
One prescription was missing from my delivery. Five days later and the missing prescription has still not filled or shipped. Clearly the slow process is the fault of management.

Some things are beyond our control, and it was requested with the pharmacy to ship out the missing item for overnighted delivery, but we see they did not ship it out as we had requested.
