In the future, whenever you have a question about your order, it is best to submit a ticket via email to [email protected], or use the live chat option on our website, or call our (888) 966-4854 toll free number for assistance. We would have liked to assist you without your feeling like your messages weren't getting responses. Thank you for your review. It does look as though your medication will be shipped shortly if it hasn't already been shipped from the pharmacy. Hello Brian, It looks like their was a delay in your order being processed in a timely manner. We apologize for your experience. It seems we needed to verify some information which caused a delay and then it took some time for one of our providers to approve you for the medication. If you would please give us a call at your earliest convenience, then we would like to speak with you about the experience and see what we can do to make up for the delayed delivery of service. It seems as though Jazmine didn't handle the situation as you would have liked, nor were you referred to a patient experience manager to assist with what had happened with your service.
