Due to weather in our area an a mishap with delivery, I got the package, that was meant to stay cold, at room temp. I reached out to customer support and spoke to Maddy. I told Maddy what happened. I was only going to see if I could still use the product but Maddy arranged everything and made sure I get the product how it was meant to be received, cold. She took care of everything and a few days after I already got an update and a new tracking number.
