Horrible customer service. The first month they were attentive and sent me my subscription prescriptions within a week. The second month (this month) they took my money 18 days ago and can’t give me any idea when my prescription will ship. They keep saying it’s the fault of the pharmacy and they “have no idea” when any of it will ship. Can’t even give me an estimate for ANY of them. Hundreds of dollars. They admitted they basically have accepted so many new customers that they can’t fulfill the ones that have already started. So now I’ve been out of the medication they were ramping up the dose of for a week and was told it would be fine … the increased side effects wouldn’t be “that bad”. Awful to watch a company get too big too fast and forget that their customers health and well-being is being affected. I feel taken advantage of. Malpractice.
