Customer Experience - Not Customer Service. Most agencies have just a typical Customer Service person with a script. The agent asks you: what is your order number - what's wrong? And the solution is: 'll have someone call you". Customer Experience from Invictus I called and spoke with Jim. In a matter of minutes I could feel his proactive professionalism. First, I explained my project goal. And Jim picked up quickly from our conversation that I was not an IT professional. In return he explained the solution in terms that I could understand. My inquiry had turned into an experience. I came away from the experience with knowledge about how the code would be placed on my site. Second, Jim not only was able to identify my goal but also made suggestions on things to change that would make my site easier for Google to crawl. And that is what really grabbed my attention. He was looking ahead to solve any potential problems, therefore, my site would have the very best outcome. Solving problems before they happen. Third, I felt that Invictus was a company that would make things happen. And they did. Time Frame: I Was Kept In The Loop!! I was included in the decision making process and given a time frame of when my project would be completed. I was contacted throughout the project and updated on the progress. When my project was completed I received a phone call. And the end result was perfect. In Sum: Proactive professionals that treat your project like it is their own. If is were possible to give them a negative 10 I would do that. Before you give this company money up front look at the better business bureau reviews. Most business people don't have time to file complaints but like those on the BBB I have had paid them up front, nine months later and my site is still not done. They have used ever excuse in the book and passed to to 4 different reps which I believe are all the same person ZACK . When they pass me, they start acting like they want to start from scratch all over, playing you as a fool. This company most likely has more than one website where they take your money and never finish, they just B.S. you until you stop calling.
