I never write bad reviews but I’m sending this as a warning What started as a normal working relationship totally stalled- I’ll give them one extra star due to work done in the past. A new person was assigned to my project and nothing has gotten done- promises, ‘sorry I lost my back-up’, then I send them the information again, and nothing. I even emailed customer service and no response. I’ve been trying to get some simple adjustments done for 3 months. - They also won’t give me my log-in credentials although I’ve asked multiple times. I would not want anyone else to go through this, so I’d steer clear. It’s unfortunate as I get people asking for recommendations for web designers all the time and I can’t pass them along.
