I paid them for the webhosting through June 2025,that they connected me with. My website was shut down and they will not contact me back. It is Novembre 2024 and I cannot access my website and no one is getting back to me. This company is very shady when one confronts issues I would never work with them again.

I never leave reviews even for a bad experience but i'm at my witts end with this company. If I could give a negative 10 Stars I would the only reason there's one star is because I have to choose one. Stay far away from this company. It's been 4 years of hell with unprofessional people, every 6 months assigned a new rep sfter they repeatedly kept leaving the business who wants to completely start over, nothing was done as I specified that I wanted done and then when they did finally say they'll do it they wanted to charge me another fee on top of the last fee to make the change. The website is not user friendlyand does not work the way I want it to work when they promised it would and on top of that they used a platform that hardly any other developer out there knows about so I can't even make changes or add blogs to the website without paying an arm and a leg on top of the almost $15,000 I already spent on this website with them. And then they want almost $500 ta MONTH to maintain the site and $2800 to add a blog page which I originally asked for and should have been there. JUST CRAZY!! RUN DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR SANITY with this terrible unprofessional so called business. Next i will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They should be shut down.

I tried to give them no stars but this won't allow it. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. The design work is unprofessional. The pictures are skewed. You would have no idea what our business is by viewing the website because it is all thrown together in a disorganized manner. I was told they let our url expire and our website was down then they told me it was a different one of their customers. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do they do not resolve this issue. I asked for our url to be transeferred back to us a month ago and not only has that not occurred I cannot get a response from anyone. Then to top it all off they gave our information to their "partners" to solicit us. Guess what, not thanks.

I paid them over $6000 and its been since 2019 AND I STILL NEVER GOT A WEBSITE... THEY WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS EITHER... JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THEY ARE TERRIBLE... STAY AWAY

POOR REVIEWS HAVE A PURPOSE AND THE PURPOSE IS TO SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY. Do not use this company. If you need a reference I will personally tell you about my poor experience after recently spending thousands of dollars. I can save you a lot of money just email at mr.cookmba at G mail and I will tell you why you should not use this company. Don’t be fooled

I never write bad reviews but I’m sending this as a warning What started as a normal working relationship totally stalled- I’ll give them one extra star due to work done in the past. A new person was assigned to my project and nothing has gotten done- promises, ‘sorry I lost my back-up’, then I send them the information again, and nothing. I even emailed customer service and no response. I’ve been trying to get some simple adjustments done for 3 months. - They also won’t give me my log-in credentials although I’ve asked multiple times. I would not want anyone else to go through this, so I’d steer clear. It’s unfortunate as I get people asking for recommendations for web designers all the time and I can’t pass them along.

There is no doubt about their technology and their service attitude is also very good, especially Joshua Harris , he took the trouble to answer my questions and helped me revise them one at a time until I was satisfied. Reply to my SMS very quickly every time, Although we haven't met, he gives me a very safe and reliable feeling! Thanks for the awesome job of the whole team ! I'll definitely do business with you guys again. Highly recommended！

I used this company for building a new website from scratch and I am happy with the outcome. Rossetta and Bradley were very helpful and responsive and did their best to accommodate the needs and inquires. thanks for your hard work
