Ordered in November and did not receive until January. Other then the shipping delay the watch it beautiful.

Although, the order arrived after Xmas, the watches came in time for Kings Day gifts. Each watch is exquisitely crafted and made of the best materials, making them a value. The cases are so beautifully presentable they practically replace gift wrapping. All of my relatives thoroughly enjoyed their watches.

Same here, same situation like others before, i bought 2 watches 2 weeks ago but It never came with tracking number is anything, tried to contact customer service, but did not answer. Scam totally.

Invicta misleading!, Discount code NY30 doesn't work, just a scam !

A fraudulent charge appeared on my account and Invicta is unable to trace it back to my name. Basically this means that their verification process online failed and they were ok placing an order under a name that didn't match the name on the card.

I had purchased a watch for my sons Birthday it has been 3 weeks called every Thursday they always told me it was going out the following Monday still have not received it. Now they blame it in Covid. This is a billion dollar company and you can’t send a order out in time and I paid for 2 day shipping. They want to sit behind a computer so they can send you the same response every time.pick up the phone and lie to me again like you have been. Ver dissatisfied customer. I know you probably don’t care but I am also in retail and I will make sure never to recommend your watches to anyone or your store. You need to have someone call and resolve the issues. Stop sending out automated emails with the same message. I guess I should of checked your rating before I made a purchase with you. As I have stated this will be the first and last purchase and I will Waite to make people aware of this. Do not blame your incompetence on Covid. I own close to 50 Invicta watches but after this last interaction I will not be buying another one again. The customer service is terrible. I send a request and get a generic canned answer that has nothing to do with my order. I placed an order on 8/7/2020 for 2 watches, 1 bracelet, & a pack of masks. All but the masks were going to be birthday gifts for the 24th. All were supposedly in stock. Days later I get a shipping notice that 1 watch and the masks have shipped. After getting no help Or response from customer service another package ships with 1 watch to be delivered on the 25th. Then today (8/20) I get an email stating that the bracelet isn’t in stock and I’m being refunded. This isn’t the way business is done! You don’t sell products that you don’t have. I’m very disappointed in the way they handled this. Now I have to scramble for an extra gift somewhere. In summary, I buy their watches on cruises and online but I think that after this occurrence that I won’t be buying anymore again. It’s a shame that customer service in no longer a priority with companies anymore. I guess it’s time to find a new brand or a new hobby.
