I have been a customer for about a year or so and I am very happy with the service. Had to pause my subscription for a month or two when I changed jobs and had no trouble with the process. Customer support is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

First, I would like to say that customer service has been outstanding. my parents always collected and I started the same way they did, circulated coins, pawn shops, coin shows. Having a subscription based way to gain this investment is worthwhile. I can budget for the box I want and over time have some security that down the road I have another investment. Plus, I love getting something in the mail to look forward to each month.

Fantastic company, good prices especially with the fire sale items and a fun way to steadily invest in metals. I always look forward to the box, I’ve tried a few of the different options they offer and all are awesome! Very easy to navigate the website and make adjustments including skipping shipments when needed. Look forward to many more years of stacking with them!
