Investor CrateReviews of investorcrate.com

I've been a monthly subscriber for a while now and everything has gone smoothly with this company. No problem with receiving orders and they have been pretty good value. Any issues I've had with the website has been promptly and professionally taken care of you customer service. Highly recommend buying with them.

Good company haven't had any problems with orders, changes in address, stopping and re-upping subscription. Never had problems even when i was in other countries making changes to send them to my familys place instead of mine while I was gone. Most of the bad reviews that I see on here are just people who either kinda suck with technology or can't do math for the current gold market keep it up.

I have not been collecting very long.but this company has nailed it when it comes to making it so easy to order. The crate idea i love it makes it so easy.

Absolutely love Investor Crate! It’s something I look forward to every month! Delivery is always timely and I have been very pleased with what has been received over these last several months.

Customer service is on point!! When ever I sent an email with an issue they responded within a day or two, I have never felt “cheated” as some subscribers have said in the past. I have always felt that product vs price has been fair.

I have had a silver subscription on and off for a few years now. I love the fact that I can change what I want or cancel it temporarily when needed without any issues. I have always received the nicest coins at a really good price. Shipping is always on time and packaged very well and discreet. I will keep using you guys for my silver because I know it will be good quality with no fakes! Thank you so much 😊

Great company to purchase gold and silver from! They are quick to reply back on questions I've had, being a new gold/silver buyer with no prior experience. I've been a customer for a couple of years now and also use them to buy gold/silver as Christmas gifts. I love the subscription process because it is simple and every delivery has been on time.

Highly recommend them. Always on time. A good way to dollar-cost-average your metal investing!!
