I started using this app bamboo not quite long, and I had it from a friend of mine, that the app is a perfect insuring app for investments and and also it good for trade, and it sound good so I just said let me give it a try and with small things that am seeing I believe bamboo is doing absolutely great.

I regret moving my money into Bamboo app. As I type it still stuck on the App. The app. Is unable to verify personal bank account, for ages. Several reminder emails to bamboo support...nothing. Their email (support [at] investbamboo.com) is a complete waste of time, no other means to reach them. You can't even reach them via phone call, imagine! really frustrating!

I transfered some money to the usd dollar wallet and sent an email to them It’s been days no response from there customer service and nor acknowledgment that funds has been received.
