Delisted stock value has not been credited

I love how bamboo worked on the security issue they had they almost got people panicking.

Hello Bamboo team! I would first all like to appreciate you all for the efforts thus far. However, your customer service has improved as compared to the last few months. I would like to emphasize on IPO's especially the IPO's purchased through the NGX website. The delay of us being credited our shares is kind of frustrating expecially when we know that shares are time bound and the more the delay the more the losses expecially in shares that are for short term investment. Kindly look into this and reconsider your customers and also the charges on every shares or US stock we purchase is alarming making it difficult for some of use who put in money on a monthly bases to lose that drive because we barely make profit and lose that compounding interest no matter what because of the charges you keep collecting. Please look into this as well. Thanks alot

I would like to suggest considering a subscription-based pricing model—perhaps a fixed monthly fee (e.g., $7/month) that allows for commission-free trades on U.S. stocks. This approach is already being adopted by platforms such as Wealthsimple and other international brokers, making trading more accessible and cost-effective for frequent users. For instance, on a $1,000 trade, a $16 commission can materially reduce potential gains. When additional fees are applied upon selling, even a modest profit (e.g., $30) can easily turn into a loss. Introducing a similar option on your platform could encourage greater user engagement and attract more active traders, particularly those focused on the U.S. market.
