Teresa is incredible!
Teresa is incredible. Extremely dedicated and on top of things, with timely updates without my ever having to ask. She was even nice to me when I temporarily forgot my manners and got rude! She answered my stupid questions with patience, hustled the engineering team for a fix, and followed up with me regularly even without me pushing her. Very happy with my experience.

Thank you for sharing this! It's wonderful to hear Teresa has been so dedicated and proactive, keeping you updated without you ever having to chase her down, and patiently working through your questions while hustling the engineering team for a fix on your behalf. That kind of consistent follow-through, without needing to be pushed, is exactly the standard we want our team to deliver. I've already passed along your thanks to Teresa directly. -Mike G.

A valuable tool for growing e-commerce businesses
Inventory Planner has helped us bring much more structure to our inventory management. Before using it, a significant amount of our purchasing and forecasting was managed manually through spreadsheets. We now have a clearer view of which products need to be reordered, how much stock we should purchase and where potential inventory risks are developing. It takes some time to understand all the reports and adjust the forecasts to the needs of your business, but the system becomes very valuable once it is properly configured. We have also had a positive experience with their customer service. Our account manager has been helpful, responsive and willing to work with us on finding suitable solutions. Overall, it is a useful platform that supports better and more informed purchasing decisions.

Thank you for sharing this! It's great to hear Inventory Planner has brought much more structure to your inventory management, giving you a clearer view of what needs reordering, how much to purchase, and where risks are developing, especially compared to managing that manually through spreadsheets before. We appreciate you being upfront about the learning curve too. Getting the reports and forecasts tuned to your business does take some time, so it's great to hear it's paid off once properly configured. Thank you as well for the kind words about your account manager's responsiveness and willingness to work through solutions with you. We're glad it's supporting more informed purchasing decisions overall!

Great system even better support
We've been using inventory planner for a while now and it has given us great insight into product sales and forecasting. We feel comfortable using this for all of our stock management and planning. We've been provided with a lot of information to help our understanding of the system as well as navigating and tailoring the system to our needs. We want to give a big shout out to Chan as he has always gone above and beyond when we ask questions or have issues that need fixing. With that being said the issues we have faced have been very minimal. All round a good experience and very pleased with the system and service.

Nathan was absolutely incredible...
Nathan was absolutely incredible to work with throughout our Inventory Planner setup. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel much easier to navigate. What stood out most was that he truly seemed to care about our experience and making sure we were set up for success. Anytime an issue came up, Nathan took ownership, prioritized it, and made sure there was a clear plan in place to get it resolved. I can’t thank him enough for all of his support and guidance. He made a huge difference in our onboarding experience, and I’m very grateful for the time and care he put into helping us.
