Tawny was great!
Tawny Schrier was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely attentive to my needs. The only disappointment was that underwriting quoted me higher than I expected after performing well in the last policy term.

Intrepid Really Came Through for Me
Our recent renewal for garage keeper liability insurance came in with an increase of over $14,000 for the year. I remembered saving a mailer from Intrepid and figured what did I have to lose? The response to my request for a quote was so fast and Darien was amazing. I had a quote for the exact same coverage saving my shop over $10,000 by the next day. It was a no-brainer to switch our coverage, especially with the team of professionals that jumped right in and made the transition seamless. Intrepid really came through for us and I will definitely recommend them!

New QSR Client 2024
Simple submission process of required information. Intuitiveness of agent and underwriting of the information provided. Ability to underwrite a package including all locations. Quick response to desired adjustments to policy. Flexibility to consider those adjustments. Ability to tailor insurance package to the needs of the client. Unknown as to how claim support will compare to prior carrier. That is a very rare occurrence - but now my only outstanding unknown.

Very responsive
Very responsive. Intrepid Direct is a great company to work with. The only feedback that i have is regarding Berkeley Net. Their team needs to improve how they respond to clients. Eliminate the jargon and be more concise.
