Good communication and fair price

Good insurance for a fair premium. For a small business IntrepidDirect allows the company to pay monthly without additional fees. We have problems with the portal and it is frustrating to not be able to view or review my insurance. Also, disappointing that my rep was changed and I did not receive notification. Having a rep that you can discuss your account on the phone is important to me, but it seems even discussions are inpersonal emails.

I appreciated the ability to ask questions and make contact with a knowledgeable person. The customer service provided was excellent. Thank you!
