My account rep, Eric Willett, had great communication through the whole process. Switching my brands preferred insurance provider was not a small feat. Eric answered all my questions in a timely manner. If he didn't have the answer, he got the question to the right person and followed through with it.

It was so easy to transition from one…
It was so easy to transition from one year to another with insurance for my stores. Not to mention last year, they got very aggressive in lowering my rate because I’ve been a good customer.

Curtis is conscientious and very professional. I need to save money and reduce insurance expense. I have pushed my deductibles to nearly self insurance territory and still couldn't avoid a premium increase. No longer a fan of Intrepid. I used to recommend you to my peers but now I am going to seek alternatives.
