It's about people making a difference. Bar none, the level of customer service at the InTown Suites in San Antonio TX truly exceptional, from Management to Maid Service to Maintenance! The level of professionalism and customer service Ms. Latonia, the General Manager, Mr. Felipe, the on-site operations, security and maintenance person displays with the attention to their clientele, detail, accuracy and speed with all requests. What a pleasure to have been a guest. Highly recommend!

I have stayed with in town suites now on a few occasions. I have to say that I go to the same one everytime because they keep any riffraff out of their hotel they r articles but not over stricken and I like that I feel safe everytime I stay their. Feels like home at times.
