Fraudulent website. Avoid at all costs. They take your money. Don't send items. Don't answer messages. Going to PayPal to report their fake website and get a refund.

Still waiting for my order since 4 months and no news from them after 6 e-mails. Don’t buy there anymore. It seems they just cash in and don’t bother with any orders from what I’vecread around.

They have a great selection, but after seeing the negative reviews I decided to place an order for one record they had listed in stock. After a week with no shipping update, I logged in to review the status -- it says it was never in stock, that they are expecting it to be restocked soon. I doubled checked that I didnt misread the listing, but I did not -- there was no mention of it not being in stock, in fact it specifically says it is still in stock. I emailed them asking about this, when I could expect it and how to avoid this in the future. A week later, still no response. I dont think these people are actually in business, at least not their online store.

This company looks fully functioning as their website has a 2023 in the background, and social media and site posts excitedly about new releases but if you dig into social media you see comments of dozens of people warning about them never getting orders and bad communications. I've had the exact same experience and would warn people to not order from them.

They sold my books for years but then they stopped paying me. They still have 20 of my books and owe me $$$.

I pre-ordered a record in October, and still have not received it in April. I have called, emailed, and Facebook messaged them and I have gotten no response since Febuary. Also foolishly placed another preorder in January for an April Release. The release date was a week ago and I have still not heard a word about anything. Hoping bombarding them with messages/ reviews will trigger a response. Otherwise I will have to dispute these charges with my bank

There needs to be a Zero star function for this company. Once legitimate, now (for the last 5 or so years anyway) a complete scam and front for theft. They have ZERO stock. They advertise items for sale, they take your money, bank it, and never send any items, then ignore your complaints How this company and website are not shut down, and the douche bag owner not arrested, is baffling
