This website is a scam! I've ordered something well over a month ago. When I requested an update, I've got no reply from any of the options they provided. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Nope. Never again. No idea what happened, it used to be a legit site but now just like everybody else - check out reviews online and on reddit - they took my money for items never sent and there's no way to get it back and you'll never receive a response to an email or inquiry on their site. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!!!!

Like many it has been a few years since I ordered but never had an issue so looking for reviews never crossed my mind. Ordered in September and after nothing for two weeks I messaged for an update and got a response a week later with an apology and promise to ship my order within a few days even it should have been shipped 4 weeks earlier when they said it did. Oddly enough the day I called for a shipping update I started getting calls trying to get me to approve new devices added to my phone account. Then last week got a fraud alert from the bank from a Sam’s club membership that I supposedly created. Next day filed claims either bbb and the bank. Got a good laugh when i got up yesterday and had an email from interpunk with the following “You have moved up to a new Interpunk Rewards level! You are now at the Bronze.” So I go check and the site doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

Like many others, used to buy when it was good years ago. Didn't occure to me that it had turned into this. Never received any records. It said twice that is was shipped. Now I have to make a claim to the bank. Just avoid. Bob will take your money.

I got scammed as well. I used to buy from this site many years ago. I thought why not support a website I already know instead of all these big websites and that was wrong thinking obviously. Haven't received my items, nor a response or tracking info. It just says "shipped/completed" on July 28th. How do I get my money back?

Sold product on my label Lawless Records. Requested the $$$ in my account , $96.50 be transferred to my PayPal on February 14th, 2023. Nothing ever transferred. Have contacted by email 14X since and no replies. Yet I get an email at least twice a week from them asking for more product or announcing a new item in the store. This place is a total SCAM. BEWARE! if you are a seller , they will sell your records and not pay you and if you are a buyer they will take your $$$ and never ship your order.

Placed an order for several items that were all listed as being in stock. Since then, some items are listed as unable to order, some are still showing as in stock, yet my order status has all items as "on order (expected in stock soon)" There has been no response to messages sent to clarify the issue. A few weeks later my card information has been used on various websites to obtain close to $3000 worth of stock. After searching online I can see many other people have had the same experience. Currently attempting to get all charges reversed with my bank. Absolute scam. Not sure how this guy hasn't been arrested yet.

I would give them a 0 star if possible. Scam artist that don't ship out orders. Just read all their other reviews all over the internet.
