Un gros bouquet commandé par mes enfants j' ai reçu un petit vu le prix ils ont été très déçu

De vergüenza, con toda la ilusión encargamos un ramo para que llegará el día de la boda de nuestra amiga y así poder responderla. Sin aviso ni nada del retraso, nuestra amiga no recibió el ramo en el día de su boda. Lo recibió el restaurante dos días más tarde. Y no son capaces de dar ninguna respuesta, pero para cobrar no han tenido problema.

Commande d'un bouquet simple pour la fête des mères. Malgré le paiement des 15 euros des frais de livraison, cette dernière c'est retrouvé par terre chez le voisin après avoir attendu moins d'une minute après avoir sonné à la porte. Cerise sur le gâteau : un mot à été ajouté par Interflora concernant la livraison "Si absent déposer porte". Je n'ai jamais laissé une tel instruction. Le sol du voisin n'étant pas la porte et n'étant pas absent je trouve ça lunaire.

I ordered flowers for my Mum on Mother’s Day in Poland from interflora as I needed them delivered today and the website offered same day delivery service. The price was high but I didn’t mind it because I was glad my Mum will get her flowers today . Well the flowers weren’t delivered , nobody contacted me with any updates , I contacted them and spoke to an agent who said he’d chase if up but that was it . Very upsetting as my Mum didn’t get her flowers . Absolutely disgraceful service , will never use them again , would not recommend them to anyone .

If it was a O i would have given and - too, is the worst flower company in the world if i can add! Taking the money straight away with no flowers, neither straught communications as just online AI agents andswering and repeating the same with no sense. So never again i will trust this with my flowers to the loved ones!!! Just xan say scammers and liars and ilusions destroyers!! Something just that needs to be special becomes stressful and sad! Interfñora thanks for nothing!!!! No recommended at all!!! Please be aware!!!!!
