InterfloraReviews of interflora.com

Ordered very large arrangement and paid a lot. FTD downsized it to a fraction of the size and were surprised when I called them out on it and acted like they didn’t know. They do this all the time and nobody sees what is really sent. No worries 😉. They WILL PAY one day for their outright robbery 😉😁👍

J'ai commandé des roses de la France pour Ténérife et je n'ai jamais eu confirmation ni aucun message par contre, on m'a prélevé montant de la commande

Ordered flowers 10 days in advance for an elderly family Member’s birthday… The flowers were never delivered on the date I provided , I took hours off on my workday to track down the issue, and after 3 days of getting no resolution and multiple conversations with Indian phone reps, I then posted a review on Facebook and then was given a return call from a customer service rep that had no accent and I could understand. He explained the florist whom they placed to make the arrangement would not respond Romany of there emails…sad excuse…10 days they could have found another florist….then I was to.d he would resolve the issue 3 days after the delivery date nothing was accomplished…and the flowers were never delivered…SAD FTD service…never again .I will recommend Telefleurs I made one call and the flowers I ordered were not only cheaper but delivered in 12 hours

The Mother's Day flowers I recently purchased for my mother never got to her, and FTD has ignored two of my complaints asking for a refund. This is a shady company. I might not mind it so much if they didn't charge such exorbitant rates for their delivery, but the fact is their shipping and handling costs are more than the product itself. Paying this much, you should expect some decent service, but this is not the case with FTD. Very unhappy with my experience with them.

I’m from Braga, Portugal and Interflora failed to deliver my order on Mother’s Day. Although I could understand some delay, what I can’t understand is the lack of information. My order was made almost 24 hours before the delivery moment: On the order status it says it’s ready but I don’t even know which florist is so that I could try to call and pick it up myself if I knew they were overwhelmed. Of course they have to manage this system better but still, there should be a way to reach the local florist partner with Interflora. Surprise blown away, no point in ordering again. By the way, it’s 4PM and should have arrived in the morning. Order: 100053038
