My experience with InterExchange was so smooth! I had looked into a few different recognized organizations, but what sold me on InterExchange was the quick response time. James replied to my emails within hours and even took the extra step to get me setup with a work permit as quickly as possible. I'm so grateful to InterExchange and highly recommend them!

I just finished the entire process start to finish with InterExchange! I am a US citizen and they helped me get through the Working Holiday program for Canada. They were by far the most helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable organization I found. My primary contact was James Bridge. He did an outstanding job. He helped me navigate through getting this done with all the covid complications, job offer requirements, changes, etc. He was able to answer any and every question I sent his way. He is an amazing employee, and already got back to me right away. I would highly recommend this organization. The cost was 1/4 of everything else I saw. They are in it for the right reasons. James was one of the best employees I have ever had help me with anything. Cheers! Thanks for the help everyone!

I had the super cool experiences with summer camp on 2019. Everything was amazing. Camps USA bring you the opportunity to know the American culture and improve your English. And make friends with other cultures too. That is the amazing part.

The guys at interexchange were great to begin with. They were super helpful and laid out exactly what I needed to do to get off and over to my camp. The problems started occuring, however, when I began having difficulties at camp. I emailed the person assigned to support me through interexchange a number of times regarding the trouble I was having and asked them for complete confidentiality (i.e., I was struggling at camp but I wanted to keep that fact between my interexchange agent and myself, for the time being). My interexchange agent, who I won't name, assured me that he would maintain confidentiality (i.e., not tell the camp directors) and help me assess my options. When I eventually left, my camp director informed me that they had known of the difficulties I'd been having at camp since pretty much the first day I had spoken to interexchange about them. Interexchange lied to me, took advantage of my trust, and broke confidentiality, making my situation even worse in the end. I'm not sure of the legality of what they did, but I feel like it's pretty sketchy, at best. If I had known they would do that I would have either kept my issues to myself or looked to solve them elsewhere. I wouldn't deal with interexchange again, given that they demonstrated to me that they do not work to serve and help the individual, but rather to support the camp. Edit: since I can't reply to their reply. My employer at camp explicitly told me that they had been informed by interexchange that I had sent emails to my agent about the difficulties I was having. I remember him saying "They say they'll keep things confidential but we're always in contact".

Being a participant in the interchange exchange cultural program has been a really rewarding experience that has allowed me to have a personal and professional improvement not only in terms of language and culture but also in building up strongest core values such as respect, responsability, tolerance, love and care for those people arround me. Being able to interact with people from different culture gave me a different point of view in terms of understanding social and cultural behaviours, besides the great experience of being in places that i have never seen before, tried different kinds of foods, all these great experiences helped me to offer my students a better teaching - learning process. i have even got material for my classes, i just love this great experience that for me as an English teacher is really meaningfull.

They were amazing responding my doubts. I really appreciate that, even with the pandemic going on they were in constant communication.
