The productvwas poorly made and had poor image quality and color. I asked for a refund, contacted and sent in all requested information and I has gotten no resolution!

Absolute terrible appliances got front door bell/camera absolute waste of money doesn't connect to your WiFi and cost £70 please people don't go near these and you can't find easy information to send it back for refund terrible product

Would give it a -10 if I could, stay away from this company, they took 2 payments from me for 1 item which I told them about immediately and am still waiting over a wk later, I never looked on here before ordering, (humongous mistake) , but I did after I noticed they'd taken 2 payments so I tried to cancel my order, (within an hr of placing it) , no response again and then I get a notification saying it's on its way, ppl please PLEASE stay away from this company, just wish ide looked on here 1st so too late for me but hopefully I can save others from been scammed , deadbeat firm 😡😡

The intelli bell is OK as a standard door bell for about £25. But as a camera doorbell at £71 it is no use at all the motion sensor does to pick people up and the camera is very poor quality. You need to have door bell unit very close to wifi router or it does not work The Co needs taking to the standard office as its false adverising. Tying to contact over issue but no response at all from them trouble is these Co scam people out of thousands they pay reviews sites to push product and give good reviews I think in future I will only look at reviews from trust pilot and buy only via Amazon I may pay slightly more but no hassle if product problems.

DOES NOT HAVE A MOTION SENSOR AS FALSLY ADVERTISED. This company should be fined for misleading advertising. Total scam and outright lies. When you complain they offer you a discount. They are well aware they are breaking consumer law but carry on regardless! Disgusting!

As with all previous reviews, product description total fabrication! No motion sensor on this item even though it is specified in description. Reported this to Gogogadgets who were unhelpful and denied that Intellibell supports motion sensor. Item no longer functioning at all now and I have been advised that I am not entitled to refund due to being over specified time to return the purchase. Don't waste your money on this product or the 'Company'.

Purchased an Intellibell U9 after reading a 9.8 review on top Smart Doorbells. Having now looked into the review and test provider, it is clear that Label Products may have just paid for this position. Certainly my experience has been just like other Trustpilot Reviews in so far as the Instructions for Use were quite frankly useless. On contacting LP seeking Technical Support all I got was another (same) set of instructions, Further emails achieved a repetition. Finally, in exhaustion I requested a refund of the £71.90 paid. I was then informed that if I kept the product I could have a further 20% off and yes you guessed it as per other reviews a 30% offer was made. They offer a 30 day refund policy, but if you dig very deeply that refund comes with very restrictive terms eg you have to pay to return this product and LP will charge a £5 handling fee and they do not refund your initial delivery charge. I have not seen any positive reviews here on Trustpilot, therefore you might draw your conclusions from this should you be considering making a purchase. In frustration at all the nonsense from Label Products I have decided to now leave this to PayPal to resolve for me.....Caution is strongly advised before you purchase from Label Products.

Don’t go near this product. I am trying to return the Iitellibell for a refund, as I am.not satisfied with it. But I am getting nowhere with my repeated requests. First they offer a derisory 20% refund for you to keep it, then 30% on refusal. After that a brick wall of obfuscation. I am about to take this up with PayPal through the account I paid this through. A really frustrating unresolved issue.
