The intelibed was recommended by my chiropractor and we went to try it and bought it about 3 months ago. We end up getting The firmest mattress .The customer service was great and very accommodating and we got the mattress delivered on time and without any problems. We had to use protection for the first 30 days which made us too hot but once we remove it (after we decided to keep it)it was as cool as promised ( it is much cooler than our Tempur-pedic before) And comparing it with all previous mattresses this one is a higher rating for us. My lower back pain is gone my shoulder pain is gone. The only thing is getting used to the feeling of the texture of the mattress .

The bed is just as promised. Delivery was smooth, setup went great, it took about three weeks to get use too, but now I sleep more comfortable than ever. Wished I would have purchased this quality of bed years ago.

So glad I bought my Intellibed. It is a very high quality bed and worth the money you spend. I really like the low toxicity factor as I am really into toxin exposure reduction. I don't have back problems but my bed is very supportive and I like the comfort. The service for this company is most impressive of all. They are attentive to every detail of the sales transaction and answer every bed question you can think up! Also, never aggressive for you to purchase. They really work with you and not against you, which I appreciated. Again, great bed and great people to work with!

The intelliBed is gentle on my body, it feels as if one is sleeping on a hammock. Very comfortable.

We had a few delivery issues and to make up for that they reimbursed us the delivery fee and gave us two pillows!! The bed is comfortable and the pillows are GREAT! We do have an issue with the air pouch coming out of the pillow and not able to get it back in but I am sure once we contact them they will help solve the problem.
