We have bought two mattresses and a mattress topper from Intellibed now. Over all, we are very pleased with their products. My only complaint is that the warranty hinges on the purchase and use of a mattress pad that is not such a great product. When my son accidentally wet his bed, the mattress pad did keep the mattress from getting wet, so that is good, but it lets the odor through and we had to air out his mattress for weeks before it stopped smelling bad. Intellibed said they couldn't do anything about it and I needed to deal directly with Malouf (the company that makes the mattress pad) and Malouf said their product worked fine and it is *supposed* to let odors through. Which makes no sense, because no one wants to pay such a premium price for a product and have it end up smelling terrible and not being able to use it. I only mention this because it can be an issue for other parents who might be considering purchasing this product for their young children. The mattress really is a great product, and if Intellibed could find a better way to protect it, I would recommend it without reservation.

Our customer service experience was ok overall. We love our mattress. Non-toxic and very comfortable. It definitely needs to be turned after six months. It's not as comfortable now as it was in the beginning since it's due to be flipped.

I love my mattress. Although when I bought it there was a promotion going that you received a set of sheets. I never received them. Hopefully I still receive them.

I like my intellibed, I slept like a little baby the first night, but my wife however was very skeptical, she didn't sleep hardly at all. Thought it was too firm.However after her second night she said it was better, and a week later she was loving it too. We have the king firm mattress and really do enjoy it. However I was a little disappointed with the Intellibed company as a whole. Seemed like they were more interested in money than they were about servicing an account. Sent e mails to the company when we first set it up. And when our 60 day free trial was over sent another explaining how satisfied we were and I didn't hear a word back. Just got the feeling they didn't really care after we signed the bottom line. And after the 60 day period they really did not care. The bottom line is this mattress has provided me with the best sleep I have gotten in quite some time. I believe my wife would agree with me , but would rather she say that herself.

the price is way too high

Intellibeds are heavy. One older man who had breathing problems came by himself to deliver the bed and set it up. I was quite sick that day and had to get off my sick bed and help carry the mattress and box springs up the stairs and set them up. There was no way this older man could have done it by himself. I also had to help remove the old mattress and box springs.

I love my bed so far.....I sleep very good......some what pricy! Aches and pains are not as bad as I had with my old bed......DO NOT BUY the PILLOW very uncomfortable!

The first 6 nights on our Intellibed I HATED it. The 7th morning I woke up feeling much better about our purchase. There is an adjustment period to the mattress and I was not warned about this. Don't throw in the towel until you really give it a chance. I am now sleeping much better and waking up less sore than before.
