Everything from start to finish was fantastic! The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery of the beds to my home was exceptional! We actually had three beds delivered and the two men delivering the beds were fast, efficient, clean cut, friendly and very respectful. I was so impressed! The beds are amazing! We purchased two adjustable base King-sized beds and another Queen-sized, all with a variety of firmness, and all three beds gave each of us an incredible night's sleep and even relieved pain in my hip and shoulder that I've been struggling with for years. I give intelliBED five full stars and will completely endorse this company! Fantastic!

Written to my sales associate: I just want to tell you that I absolutely love my bed. It has been one month since I started sleeping on it and I look forward to going to bed every night and want to stay in bed every morning. [end] However, after the first night on my new mattress, I called intelliBED in a panic that I might have to return the bed. It took a little time to get used to it. Please buy the mattress protector so that you have the peace of mind that you can return the mattress if you need to. And give the bed that 30 day try. Also, upon delivery one corner had a noticeable dent in it. I sent photos and was told that it wouldn't cause a problem. If it does end up breaking down, I hope that intelliBED will stand behind their products—I haven't had the opportunity to verify that aspect of the business.

I need to sleep with my feet above my heart because of my particular blood flow. IntelliBed has been a perfect addition to our home to allow me to do this in great comfort. I am grateful every morning for the good sleep I have been given because of the mattress and the positioning.

We have had a kind size Intellibed for over 10 years and it's still as amazing as the day we bought it. My husband won't sleep on anything else.

The best, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, bar none. The gel conforms to my body, thus relieving the joint pain I used to wake up with from my arthritis. The baffles keep it from jiggling around so your partner can toss and turn without disturbing you. I love to travel, but coming home to my bed feels great!

I have had the best sleep since I have purchased my intelliBED! If you don't have one.. you have to! The bamboo sheets are to die for. I recommend this bed to anyone. I was in a car accident and it has helped with muscle aches.

This is the best bed hands down. I sleep at just the right temperature and the best is that I don't wake up with any hip or back pain. I also like that it doesn't transfer motion. I would definitely invest in one if your thinking about it!
