Absolutely shocking company to work for. No help, no training, once you're signed up, you're left to it. Customer service is horrendous! Due to covid I had a flight cancel with Ryanair, they Refunded my money to Inteletravel in June, it was near impossible to get my money back! No response from emails or calls, once I got through they told me another 6 weeks before they could refund my money?? They already had the refund In their account! Not only this but I've had to raise a credit card charge back against them for some airport parking that they won't pay back I emailed them asking to cancel my membership in the same email asking for an update on the refund, only had an email back canceling my membership and obviously no update Worst company ever, would not touch with a 10ft barge pole.

A pyramid scheme that seeks out vulnerable people, please don't fall for anything they say. They are only so keen to give you so much advice because they want you to sign up, then they can make money off you! They are advertising lots on Facebook pages recently promising you that you will make thousands a month and that they have never looked back after joining, its all just a massive scam to get you to sign up. I was speaking to two women that were so eager to sign myself up, they were sending voice notes basically selling the dream saying they had quit there full time job, luckily I done my research, there is even an article in Travel Weekly about their pyramid scheme and even involving celebrities to lure people in. I am amazed ABTA have given them a license. Please do not waste your money!

It says a lot about a company when there are no customer reviews and all of the 5* reviews are from their own 'travel agents' trying to convince people it's a great business opportunity. Of course they are going to say it's great as they earn money from the £142 sign up and £32 monthly fees paid by any new recruits they sign up. Inteletravel is supposed to be a travel business promoting and selling travel to customers, not selling the business to people in need of an income Where are the customers?

Worst company to deal with when waiting for a refund. I've been waiting since April and still nothing. Poor communication. Awful customer service skills No attempt to try give customers their money back considering things are tough out there. You take the money quick enough but why should a customer have to wait up to 90 days. SHOCKING..... if I dont get my refund by the 90th day i cant wait to take you guys further

Clearly a pyramid scheme in all bar name, if you challenge the "recruiter" they get very defensive and quite frankly rude and then delete their posts. They appear to be doing the rounds at the moment. Dont fall for it, you may get a cheap one off holiday, but when it hits the fan and flights are cancelled, trust me, they will drop you like a sack of spuds!

I saw this company advertising for recruits on a Facebook selling site so googled it. I put a comment on regarding the "buy in" price for this scheme, this should be transparent from the outset if claiming to not be a pyramid scheme. I was then blocked by the poster and DM message by another lady called Jo Smith who took umbridge over my comment. She then proceeded to wish me good luck in life, because I'll need it... Unprofessional and frankly spiteful. If you are advertising for recruits and maintain that you are not an MLM or pyramid scheme, why are you soo offended by someone simply pointing out the buy in cost and monthly fee!? Furthermore, why then DM strangers to tell them to think before they post!? And then! Wish them good luck in life because they'll need it!? This tells me everything I need to know about this company, and the staff more specifically! 👎

Don't let this people at inteletravel deceive you. They don't keep to the word. I was with them for 8 months and trust me, I worked hard but nothing came out of it. You know the guaranteed money back they promised? That's another fat lie. When you want to leave and get your money back, they give you a list of impossible requirements you need to meet to get your refund. Just read their reviews from former members so you can avoid this trap. They are bold face liars. And their sister company planet marketing is worse. That is simply a pyramid scheme where you are forced to recruit people by telling them lies that they will make a lot of money simply by joining

Never ever will I sign up as travel agent with them. Poor customer service, expensive prices on their holidays. I have booked 1 break for a client, which due to circumstances was cancelled by the holiday provider. I've been chasing a refund for over 50 days. Inteletravel are holding this money now and they did not refund my client, even though the holiday company refunded on time. Disgraceful!!
