If I could give this 0 stars I would!
Please, whatever you do, do not fall into this trap! Like most people I ignored the bad reviews and I was drawn into this scam! At first everything sounded amazing and paying the start up fee really didn’t sound like an issue to me as I was told that I will make that money back, if not more within the first month however I made nothing by booking holidays regardless of all of my hard work and dedication. I was then told that I need to ‘business build’ instead which means approaching people and LYING to them by drawing them into the business telling them to join and how they will make their money back (knowing deep down that they won’t and it would actually be me making money off them as it’s a pyramid scheme!). If you leave within the first month you can get your money back however after a number of times of me wanting to leave my tutor begged me to stay and was adamant that I would make my money back and even gave me ‘training’ so I gave it another go and still I made NOTHING! by the time I did eventually leave it was past the 1 month line so I got none of my money back which just shows this is an absolute scam! Do not believe the good reviews that you read from people with a large following/fans on Instagram who will believe anything and everything they see on Instagram about the person they’re following. I am still absolutely fuming that I got none of my money back and for that reason I will be telling everybody my story and making sure no body gets involved with this company!!!

I spent a year with Inteletravel
I spent a year with Inteletravel - 30 days guarantee is real so if you've joined, get our money back. Only the top leaders will get all the money. It's clever because the search engine is cheaper but you don't have to sign up and work for them to use it, just use the leaders page to get discounts because the money back isn't worth it. I sold a holiday over £1,000 and got about £65 comission. They have a profit one ear guarantee but when you look at the "requirements" it's a total scam expecting you to of spent so much money on their business cards, sell a cruise, etc that if you haven't managed there's a low chance you'll get anything back. Not worth the monthly fees, save up those 30-50 pounds a month to go travelling instead of it paying the luxury lifestyles of those leaders. MLM

Recruiters Giving 5 Star Reviews - Not Real People
The 5 star reviews on this page are from Inteletravel "recruiters" trying to convince you that its not an MLM when it's the text book definition of MLM, this is fact. PlanNet Marketing (their recruitment division) pay agents commisions to recruit more agents who recruit more agents and so on and so on. Legitimate Travel Companies do not need to pay commissions to others to recruit their homeworking agents. They DO NOT HAVE ATOL!! This is the minimum requirement to package a holiday. Yes a couple of their suppliers have ATOL thenselves but unless your entire holiday is booked with that one supplier, you are not protected. Just read the CAA website about ATOL. THEY DO NOT HAVE DISNEY !! In fact recently they angered the country by spreading miss information that the Disney UK Cruises were all cancelled, no appologies. They have one third party supplier called Instant Breaks (Magic Breaks, Instant Holiday's) who can book Disney products for them but InteleTravel use the Disney brand as a catch to recruit more people into paying to joing, paying to train and paying for access to a small list of suppliers which keeps them out of being illegal. The prey on vulnerable people who think its a quick way to earn money, even the national newspapers are picking up on the story's now. The average InteleTravel agent makes less than £150 a year in commissions (google it) monthly fees is £30+, Joining fees £180+ and even more to train. DONT BELIEVE ME, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND THEN AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE THEY ARE !!

Poisonous CULT like business
Numerous hours spent working on this business and the so called ‘leaders’ like Lucy Welch, Marcella Emily and Hayley France are criminals. It is most definitely MLM and these lot are laughing at the ones below them. They have barely any travel knowledge between them and just pressure you into selling the business to others. Some people really struggled during the pandemic and they put on zoom calls to say if you quit, you were never serious about your business... disgusting cult that has been created and I grew to hate the network marketing industry because the likes of these kind of people.
They profit off the people below them, barely do any work and create bitchy little cult like communities to ‘empower’ their fellow boss babes, whilst flying all over the world, bragging about their 50 countries and making a mockery of the pandemic we are currently in.
They got in early, they got very lucky. That’s about it. It’s the people underneath them who are working hard to create a pipe dream. I’d avoid at all costs unless you find a genuine upline without a motive, and want to grow a business or access cheaper travel.
The personal benefits are great, even booking for customers as you can save them a lot of money but the cult like groups that have been created IS POISONOUS. If you join, then steer clear of the like of TPL, Travel Club Collective or Travel Smarter and whatever pathetic little clicky groups they come up with to make it look like something else.
They’re all the same and it’s the ones at the top who are making all the money with zero work put in.

This is a MLM
This is a MLM. It costs money to join. You then have to try to sell holidays to try and get your money back but there is always an excuse as to why they can't pay you for the holidays that you have sold. I had someone who cancelled a holiday and the company refused to refund, my customer then expected me to pay them back. I was a middle man for a total scam! Please don't get involved x

Good Luck Getting Paid
I was an agent with them for almost two years. I sold several vacations, but only got paid for one. When I inquired a few months after my clients had traveled, they said the supplier didn't pay them and they couldn't do anything even though I registered the booking properly. What was really shocking though, and why I left, was that a supplier told me they wanted my commission back from a year and a half ago! An Inteletravel chat agent said that it is acceptable for suppliers to take back commission even after your clients travel and it has been paid! They said it was up to the supplier if they want to pay commission or not or if they want it back. This is one of their preferred partners as well! During that chat, I told them I was cancelling. I can't work hard and "maybe" get paid. Good luck getting paid with this company!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I was an agent for them for over a year and chose to leave, they then decided all my commission owed was to be paid to them instead for my monthly website fee. I LEFT THE JOB so why they paid themselves my owed commission from when I was an active agent to pay for a website that I had no access to because I left the company I do not know, but i am currently seeking legal action due to keeping my earned commission when I left the company. SHOCKING DO NOT RECOMMEND TO CUSTOMERS OR ACTIVE ITA’s.

Keep away from this company
Well, where do I start...
Before I go into it, this isn’t someone that didn’t do the training, or didn’t put the work in, as some of the reviewers (who work for the company) are saying...
This is someone who wanted to sell travel and was sold that the company had so many suppliers, Disney direct, sandals, the world is your oyster on who you can book with, you’re told the training is second to none!
First of all You pay for all your training, and gain badges like dream maker, travel genius etc... that mean nothing to anyone outside of inteletravel.. the other training that is free, is actually a supplier doing a webinar which is basically telling you what they sell and how to book...because as we find out, not many agents who work in this shoddy company know how to book travel...
They have 50 suppliers, consisting of 13 cruise lines, and let’s face it they have these because of the American side of the business, 7 tour partners, how many tour companies do you need... 2 long haul companies that you can’t talk to, TUI that only gives something like 3%... other agencies get 10...and pretty much the rest are no good without an ATOL... ahh yes that word, the ATOL that has supposedly been imminent since 2019... no way on this earth is this company getting that ATOL... the number of agents that are doing what they want, booking low cost airlines with their clients cards... packaging hotels and villas together, again using client cards, going direct to suppliers who aren’t on the back office and taking comms direct from the supplier...I don’t know how they think these agents are going to manage creating and using the ATOL correctly... I can imagine all sorts going wrong...
Ambassadors... hahahha what a crock they are... one swanning around the world during a pandemic.. yeah that looks great for your business, and doing comparisons against hotel rooms whilst not actually comparing like for like...training her team alongside the other 2 ambassadors, who you never see in the official site doing training or even helping anyone... some ambassadors they are!!.. so again very much centred on who they have recruited... now there’s another thing, recruiting, we all know this isn’t supposed to be inteletravel.. this is plannet.. and intele agents selling travel are not supposed to endorse or let’s say brag on their travel site about the recruiting, but let’s face it Ona all the intele agents sites, talk about if you want to travel smarter, get in touch I’m building my team, no, you’re supposed to be selling travel, not recruiting...
Compliance... I love that word, in this company there is none.... agents promoting on their sites and websites that they have atol and using the logo... promoting packages on their posts with low cost airlines... knowing they have booked through a bed bank and gone direct... oh but that’s ok cos they left 24 hours between...bragging that they can book with anyone, then finding out they can’t and they don’t get commissions... and let’s talk about the official page on Facebook, where you never get a straight answer, or an answer at all to a question, your question might not even make it to the page as it’s not been allowed... your comments deleted as they are deemed negative... they don’t like anything but positive pats on the backs for all those agents making bookings.... supposedly for the number of agents in the organisation and the amount they have booked, it’s not impressive, it equates to around 50£ per agent...
Commissions you have to chase. 4 months after travel... and the shocking amount you pay in fees, MOR fees, admin fees, credit or debit card fees and then fees to get your money out of hyper wallet when you do get paid...
When you work it out, it’s nowhere near what you are told, it’s max 10%, you get 70% of that minus all your fees... I do laugh when it finally hits home with some agents and that pops up on a post... where has all the commissions gone...
The only people making money from this company is the company themselves...
Unless of course you’re a rep and then you’re making money off everyone down line from you...
I wouldn’t be calling an upline a queen... they are swanning around the world on your money, whilst you’re trying to make a living... and lulled into you’ll make more if you build a team, so your upline gets more money from you and you’re left working all the hours...
It’s a shocking way to run a company... and if a public proper company with HR, change management etc was run like this, they would be shut down... the powers that be have lost control...
they are a laughing stock in the industry... and not many want to work with them...
Let’s face it they lost P&O within a week of having them, attraction world they lost and TUI went wayward for a while...
Do not join this company...
