A great opportunity to provide the best service
The platform is a great way to earn and to travel, I found I took a little time to find my feet but when I got myself involved with the training offered and started putting myself out there, it took off so effortlessly for me. I love having my own online travel business, InteleTravel make it very flexible and affordable as the start up cost is very low for such a business. The support is fantastic as is the community. It’s been such a life changing journey for me personally, I started in 2020 during the pandemic so there wasn’t any travel happening but it gave me time to get used to the systems and how to book and to advertise myself, this takes a bit of time. I’d always been an advocate of booking with an independent agent as I always found I got the service and treatment I required, little special touches and I always felt very looked after and safe with my bookings. I’d had a couple of experiences booking online with companies but didn’t feel I had the support and there were a few hiccups involved, one whereby I lost my entire holiday and was told by the online travel company that they couldn’t do anything to help me, they told me I had to go via civil aviation, waited a year to then be told by said online company that actually they were responsible for my refund. I also don’t have faith in many big online well known travel companies due to the lack of protection for your bookings. I also had a similar experience when booking with an independent agent a few years ago, who got me my refund within 3 days. I thought it would be a great idea to be able to provide the same service, InteleTravel have definitely delivered! The only regret I have is that I didn’t find them sooner. I actually also booked with an InteleTravel agent before I joined and had no issues and a perfect holiday in Crete, it’s not always about cheap holidays, it’s about the service and the going above and beyond.
