They are a scam! Stay away! Out of the 23 travel dates I inputted, I only got paid on 3. This started back in September of 2022 and they kept changing the date of commission, and now it is April 2023 and all are listed as TBD. They are sure to debit all the monthly fees from me. The customer service that you inquire with are rinse-and-repeat answers and can not get any real answers as to why. I stopped inputting travel as it is a BIG WASTE TO TIME and MONEY! If it is too good to be true, it normally is. I guess I have "DUMB" written on my forehead now.

SHOCKING!! I've been with Inteletravel for a couple of years now (only still a member due to them owing me money), I started in Covid and thought what an amazing way to save on my own holidays. Then I started booking for family and close friends. Little did I know I would put hours in doing the work to be then chasing them for months on end, email after email, trying to get through on the phone for them to fob me off and not pay the commissions I have rightly earned. Seems to be excuse after excuse instead of just paying me the commissions I rightly earned! Will be taking this as far as I can to receive the commissions I'm owed and to tell anyone not to join this company. Full of false promises. Save your money and do not join this absolute SCAM. I also bought into the MLM side and I joined the 5.30am calls every day and basically got told I shouldn’t have a social life etc to come out with absolutely nothing! I didn’t make a single penny!! All I did was waste all that time when instead I could have been spending it with family/friends or working at a real job earning money. DO NOT listen to these people when they try to sell you the dream and tell you to sacrifice things in life for this. Absolute Nonsense

You have to ignore all the FAKE 5* reviews to get to the point, the company is a scam. It’s a waste of money & you only make money by profiting off others (pyramid scheme). The ‘travel business’ was sold to me that I could save money on my ‘own’ travel, yet none of their suppliers could ever be beat what I was booking previously. When they had tui as a supplier, they wouldn’t even give them the online rates so it was cheaper to book yourself, the rates were the in shop rates & your supposed to win customers this way? I mainly did this for myself but ended up loosing money rather than saving it. The only way the ‘agents’ save money is because they compare to booking.com (let’s be honest, No one books an all inclusive holiday with booking.com) & they encourage you to book your own flights as the ‘back office’ ones are more expensive… along with everything else. No package holiday = no protection. When you want to cancel or amend you have to wait ages for a refund, I ended up having to refund my own customer from my pocket as the refund took so long it seemed like I had just stolen her money. AVOID TOTAL SCAM. only the ones at the top make money 🔺

Horrible company, dreadful customer service, a complete scam. I signed up in Oct 2022 and not once saw any savings to be made. Upline was a complete waste of space and never once asked if I needed help etc. They do price comparisons that are not transparent. They lie and are only interested in building teams to increase their profit. If you question anything you get ignored. Stay well clear

Waste of time and money, promise of all these amazing discounts for personal travel but struggled to break even in the first year. I was getting better rates going directly myself. They compare every saving to Booking.com who aren’t always necessarily the cheapest but do it to make any savings look better! Cancelled my enrollment prior to the end of the month & they still proceeded to take money out my account. MLM at its finest.. don’t let anyone fool you by saying it isn’t!

I booked a holiday using an independent agent in May 2022 and had received all paperwork prior to departing. I arrived in New York City on December 13th 2022 to find out I had no hotel booked and they had let my agent know prior. Ofcourse, after conversations my agent denied they knew this. My agent then sent me a confirmation for another hotel to relocate me which I had to confirm via writing if I wanted her to proceed with booking or I wanted her to refund it. This happened another 3 times before I was actually allocated a hotel room, in a hotel I didn’t even authorise to book which infact was a distance from our original hotel and was not up to our standards. We even questioned on the night if we can be moved the next day as we did not authorise this hotel to have been booked and would’ve chosen the refund but was told we was too late!! If all the other hotels needed authorisation via email why did this one not?! And if it did who gave it!! After going backwards and forwards they are not helping and after gathering advice I have sent them a complaint back on the 01st February 2022 for a response within 14 days. They clarified they needed 28 days, and to my surprise it’s been over that and still no response! I will be taking this further until I receive a response and compensation has been received as the disruption and stress this caused along with not authorising the hotel is appalling as one of the first 3 could’ve then been booked rather than us walking around New York City and actually missing a pre booked show the first night too!!! AVOID 100%!

Absolutely horrible company! These people are complete liars who work for this company! They recruit people to be Travel agents by promising trips if you are an agent for at least 30days. Training is non-existent and when you put your time in no trip like promised and can't get your money back after 30days. See how that works. All the agents don't have a clue what they are doing so often customers didn't have the trip they paid for. Stay far away from this company

I signed up with this company and my application was flagged. I called numerous times to find out why and they would not give me an answer but wait. I waited 4 days and they still could not provide any answer. My application was rejected and I still do not know why. They keep pushing it to their security team who never ever even tries to contact you.
