InteleTravel.comReviews of inteletravel.com

Shocking !! Signed up was sold the dream all the deals are so bad to the point some were £300 more expensive !! Was told to ride out the 12 months to claim the fees back with of course hidden terms and conditions. I posted in the Facebook to advise of others if they was aware of the terms and conditions and was deleted and blocked out the Facebook group don’t fall for it !!! I thought it was too good to be true it’s not even about the money now claiming the fees back it’s the principle of it !! Oh and to top it off they haven’t even paid me commission owed from October and December last year laughable

MLM scam! Be warned!!

Only the ones at the top of the pyramid are making money. Advertised as you make loads of savings on your own travel and booking others but that never happened always found it cheaper elsewhere. Then once you’re in they start saying they don’t do cheap travel and that’s not the type of customer that you want. Upline managers either lie to keep you on or don’t know the correct information when wanting to leave. Watching their lavish lifestyle from our subscription fee while we are struggling to make or save money using the programme, they are only interested in team building.

Do not fall for this scam like I did! I was approached through social media, I attended the zoom call for more information and stupidly signed up. They use booking.com to show price comparisons to make out you are getting huge savings. It is not about holidays savings, all they are interested in is recruiting and growing the team to increase their profit. When I requested that I didn’t want to be part of the referral side of the business I was told I had to give it a go to try and get others signed up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I had the worst time trying to get help and use the program. So, I called in and asked for help. Was told my Intele Travel account would be given a 1 week allowance to cancel past the 30days. I was to cancel by the 12th which i called in than wrote an email on the 18th which yes I was late but phone should of been recorded. Now Intele Travel is denying me a refund.

I started working for Inteletravel Feb 2021. I didnt do too many bookings but I was paid for the first one then after that, fought and fought and put in claims after claims to get paid the other commissions that I earned. I booked with Omni San Diego 3 rooms and Omni even sent me their accounting results where it shows that they sent my commissions to Inteletravel. I paid $39.95 every month and again put in commisson claim after claim only for them to say they dont have any commissions for me. There is no phone number for you to call only to respond to the claim email...then you have to dispute it which takes 8-a million weeks for them to respond then they say no again, then you have to dispute again and again all the while waiting for the 8- who knows when for them to respond till its been more than 365 days I get response that the no longer research claims more than 365 days old. I send them all the proof that I was due the commissions only for them to decide it’s been too long and not going to happen. This company is a fraud and I want at the very least my $39.95 I paid for over a year back. Even my higher up (the person that enrolled me under him) Hany Girgis and the director John Dacosta, at first were saying they were going to accelerate this to to top to find out why I havent been paid, then they just didnt respond to my messages via Telegram anymore. Another gentleman that was aware of the situation was Warren. I have been texting all of them back in forth since May 2022. The booking was from 10.2021. Who would want to work so hard to get bookings only to find out they will never get paid. DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay to make them money. Update 7/31/24 - no one ever responded to me in regards to this ever even after I went to every higher up, I possibly could.

Where are all the raving customer reviews? I found 1 and that was terrible.. all the other reviews are from agents with big teams who are recruiting, not interested in the customer side of the journey.. Buyer be aware. Joining this MLM company, it’s not an easy way to make an income, without years of experience.

Initially we were told we could join as a couple, until now nobody has given us a straight answer. A doesn’t know what B is saying, no communication, nobody takes ownership of any issues! Booked hotel for ourselves but for some unknown reason they were quite happy to take our money but didn’t book the hotel. When we contacted so called customer service, we were told there is nothing they can do till Monday and they had the audacity to say, ‘if you have paid, customer service will sort it out !!! Too little too late and an embarrassment. We had to pay out more money with another hotel, there was no way I was going to part with my money again with ‘InteleTravel’. All we kept on hearing by a Director was ‘this has never happened before in four years’! Well it has now !! Nobody contacted us after the event or even try to find out why this mess happened !!
