I have been with Intele for 3 years now. I am shocked to read these negative reviews. Many of the reviews are clearly from people who dont know what they are talking about so I doubt actually in the business. If people have not got their commission it is because the have not trained properly and followed the procress. I nor anyone in my team has had an issue. Many people just operate as an ITA and are not involved in the selling of the business. It is an unfortunate that Gemma Martinez used the brand to undertake her fraud but she could have said she worked for any company. We dont handle money so why were people paying her directly. This is a low cost opportunity to work in travel. There is no lock in period, targets or quotas and excellent training and support and the perks of being a travel agent are worth it alone.

I have been part of Inteletravel for 18 months and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I have saved on my own travel have earned an amazing income by booking for others and earning back the commission. The processes are all straight forward and I have daily support from my team if required. Whenever I have used the live chat or help desk they have been fast and responsive and helped me to resolve my issues. We now work with so many amazing partners and the rates and deals we have access to for clients are incredible. I can't recommend InteleTravel enough.

I’ve had the best experience from Inteletravel. I’ve been booking my own travel for myself and clients for 18 months now and have found them to be highly competitive on price, supportive to myself and my clients, honest and trustworthy when it comes to commissions paid. The honest truth about any negative reviews come from disgruntled and incompetent people that can’t be bothered to follow the easy step by step process to claim their commission. It’s not rocket science but obviously too difficult for some, Inteletravel couldn’t make it any easier! They have been nominated more many awards and work with some of the biggest and prestigious brands across the world. They are also partnered with ABTA and are Atol protected. So tell me how would a ‘scam’ become so highly recognised within the industry! Please don’t hesitate to book with a Inteletravel agent or join them, I’m a very fussy person with a corporate background and can not fault them.

I joined InteleTravel last year and have been able to travel smarter earning commission on bookings I've made for my own travel, as well as clients. I've got so much support and training from my team and love that there is an option to share the platform with others who would also benefit from having their own travel business. Anyone who says this business does not work is not working it correctly. If you follow the training and register your bookings correctly, you'll be paid your commission on time. I've never had an issue with commission being paid and I have made close to 50 bookings with a variety of different suppliers. For those commenting that this is a pyramid scheme, you're mistaken, as those are illegal. If you choose to work the network marketing side of the business which is totally optional, you will earn based on the effort you put in. There are no quotas or targets, so it's up to you if you want to be successful or not. Note that 86% of companies now use some form of referral/affiliate programme to market their company and this is no different (have you heard of American Express or Hello Fresh and noticed you can earn from sharing the business/products with your friends?). It's an incredible opportunity for anyone serious about starting their own business and willing to work hard. The ability to work remotely, earn an extra income, travel more, and build a passive income has been an absolute game changer for my lifestyle and I can't wait to see where this business takes me next. The best decision I have made in the past 18 month to join this franchise company and start my own independent travel business. Not only we travel as a family almost every months now thanks to this business opportunity, I also have many happy and repeating clients, I wouldn't be able to dream off, if it wasn't for InteleTravel. A support and training that we receive is always on a high level from the best partners in the industry and corporate team is always available to assist the agents with any query or challenge that we might face. I really don't get all the negative reviews. It must be from the people who have joined but didn't do anything with it and than complain that business doesn't work. Business works if you work it! I would highly recommend joining InteleTravel if you are thinking about becoming an independent travel agent. This is the highest paid company out there in terms of commission sharing and trust me, I have done my research.

I love this host agency! It’s been 3 years and I’m still happy! We truly have the highest commission paid in the industry as well as full flexibility to run our business the way we want to! We don’t have any minimums or quotas or contracts. Our customer service is amazing and our company always pays on time and helps us get paid from the supplier if there is an issue.

A fair opportunity for anyone. That’s what I love most, the bad reviews on here are 100% people who have joined and not put the work in. It’s an effort based business. You put the work in your get rewarded AMAZINGLY. I have booked over £90k worth of travel and always been paid on time, in fact I’ve even been paid early sometimes. I don’t know why there is so much hate on the marketing side. Yes it’s completely optional and zero pressure to do it , but I personally love that side of the business too. Someone offered me the opportunity while I was on maternity leave and it fits in perfectly around my children and my life. So I love being able to share that with people to help them do the same. This business model is genius and I would recommend anyone who’s thinking about it to give it ago. Because if you don’t try you will never know.

I joined Inteletravel in 2023. I can honestly say that I have never been forced to "recruit" anyone to the business. You do not need to do the Plannet Marketing side of the business and can purely use the business to book travel for yourself or others. Your commissions get paid out to you after the holiday has taken place. I would rather this than the faff of having to give the money back should the customer cancel. BTW I have never experience not being paid. It is true that it is not always the cheapest option but that is business right? You go to a shop an item might be cheaper elsewhere. What sets your business apart would be the service you offer to the client. Since joining the business I have made my money back that I would be spending on annual subscription. It really hasn't been hard, no one has been on my back to even book any holidays. The training and support you get is amazing, I have learnt more in this business than I have completing my marketing degree. If you are going to let the bad reviews stop you from joining then I feel bad for you. You get money back if you choose to quit within 30 days and you can simply cancel.
