I have been a independent travel agent with Inteletravel since may of 2022 - I booked three clients with Expedia TAAP in December 2022- my clients took their vacation in January of 2023 it’s now September of 2023 9 months LATER, inteletravel has refused to pay all of my commission, I have submitted over 11 tickets I have spoken with Expedia several times and they have provided proof that the payments were sent, I have shared this information with Inteletravel via email & phone several times, I will now use my social media platform and make others aware and take legal actions It’s been 9 months I can’t believe the back and forth, poor company TRUST ME! THIS HAS BEEN AN ON GOING ISSUE, NO SUPERVISOR CALL BACK OR FOLLOW UP, FOR NON PAYMENT OF MY COMMISSION, at few months back I had to suspend my account and when I did that Intel paid out my commission over $1,200 the following day but why do I need to suspend my account in order for me to get PAID!….. get your own IATA this company is the WROSE please believe me!… I am still waiting for my additional commission from DECEMBER 2022 bookings … that was PAID OUT IN FEBRUARY 2023 damn shame

I see the Inteletravel huns are back out in full force leaving 5* reviews. I would suggest that anyone thinking of joining looks at YouTube (particularly Dear Society's videos) as she posts how nasty these people are when you say you want to leave. They harass you and actively try and sabotage any new business you try to start. She has screenshots of the messages too. Be very, very careful.

I left Inteletravel, and obtaining information from them about booked customers is a nightmare. Rip you off monthly. Would never recommend.

Update: It's now almost 60 days since my client got back from their trip and I still haven't been paid the commission that I'm owed. I called today to find out if they will finally do a commission inquiry and they said that they will, but I should expect it to take up to 60 days before I hear from them about it. Mind you, I have the tracking number that proves that they were paid the commission from the cruise line so it should take only minutes if they would use the tracking number that I provided to them however; they're just dragging it out as long as they possibly can. And why not? They're holding my money, earning interest, AND charging me on the front end every month for their monthly service fee. At the end of it all I'll have paid more to them than what I earned. If you are considering using Inteletravel as your host agency, my advice would be to run as far as you can and join a host agency that isn't part of a MLM. I joined Inteletravel earlier this year. They immediately had me join a bunch of their various Facebook groups. As I was doing some training I started trying to join other travel Facebook groups but because I was in a MLM travel agency I was not permitted to join. When I started inquiring why they didn't like Inteletravel and why they weren't welcome in their Facebook groups it was explained to me from MULTIPLE people and from different suppliers that Inteletravel is not respected in the travel community and that their agents are not considered real travel agents. That, along with other red flags was enough to make me quit and join a different host agency. I am now with a company that is 180 degrees different and I am so much happier. I am still fighting to get a commission from Inteletravel that they refuse to even look into because it hasn't been 60 days since the client has returned from their trip. They claim that I've already been paid (I was paid a booking bonus, not a commission) and they're holding on to several hundred dollars that they won't even attempt to help me with. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.

Pyramid Scheme. Avoid.

We don't have any kind of business with them and we found they charged our credit card for more than 1800 dollars. I immediately wrote to them to report the situation hoping it was just a misunderstanding of sorts, yet after three weeks I am still waiting for a reply. I spoke with 6 people and none of them were able to help me. They keep saying that they escalated the case and that someone is investigating my case (and I wonder what they need to investigate, as I sent them proof of the charges and we don't have any kind of service booked). They cannot give me the name of the person who is dealing with us for "security reasons", and customer service is not giving me any useful reply. So if you are looking for some travel services, AVOID them at all costs. And if you - like us - happen to be charged by them out of the blue, REPORT them right away to your bank and to the authorities or you will never see the end of it.

They promise education which turns out to be thru videos. You are expected to search them before asking for help as the answers should be there. However, finding the right one is a task. I needed one on one coaching just to get the hang of the search engines. My sponsor did hold an online party for me and after that pretty much silence. I am now in the process of canceling. Another daunting task. It appears that it "takes 5 biz days". How convenient since that happens after my payment date. Customer service is poor. I was disappointed as I had always wanted to be a travel agent. I do not recommend this company. It's easier to go online and search on my own.
