I joined inteletravel and paid my joining fee which I really couldn’t afford , had a FaceTime with an umpliner promising support & lots of financial gain … what an absolute load of rubbish … once they’ve got your joining fee they then move on to recruiting the next batch of people and the cycle begins again . I tried every avenue trying to promote my business only to be met with lots of negative response from customers when they discovered it was inteletravel , PLEASE think twice when signing up as they’re parasites who suck everything out of you and leave you with nothing

It’s a pyramid scheme
It’s a pyramid scheme. Dont join and don’t be fooled by all those who have been lured in that are giving in 5 stars. It’s a scam.

Refuse to pay commission. Told it would take 6 months.
I have been a member for 3 years. The $59 total Intele & Plannet Market combine auto draft. I never used it due to illness. I have kept up with all the hype etc...as far as training and the calls. I decided to book a group cruise 11/2022 and sail date for 07/2023. Everyone paid for their cruise by the 05/01/2023 2 months prior to travel. It has been 90 days since the group returned from their vacation. I submit my documentation for commission 24 hrs after the return to ensure everyone enjoyed the vacations and no complaints. I check the system faithful. They had a scheduled date of 10/28 90 days later to pay commission. On 10/28/2023 it changed to TBD. In the process I submitted a ticket inquiring why it was taking 90 days and not the 60 days for commission to be paid out according to their handbook. They said it the cruise line pay out late. I call the cruise line and spoke with a manager. I was informed the commission had been already paid out. I was instructed to give Inteletravel the represent name and the amount of the commission paid along with the booking number. Please tell me why when I call them again I am told it would take 6 months to be paid for my commission on $30,000 Group Cruise. They have the money and holding it. Now I am in search of another Travel Company to become an agent with because I have clients on hold. And yes, I ask my leaders for help....their response I do not do sales so I can not help you. Call customer service. Those who joined under me, I have ask them to cancel their service and I will be doing the same. It does not take no 6 months to pay out commission. Especially when everything was done on time and correct.

You are just a number in a pyramid scheme!
I was an agent for a few months and left 6 months ago. My upline still has no idea that iv left due to having too many people to manage! I am still awaiting a call to check in with me to see how im progressing and developing!! They promise you the world for their own gain! YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER!
Training is limited and not monitored, and uplines know very vague details with the questions you ask due to lack of experience in the travel industry field as all they are bothered about is becoming an influencer and going higher inthe pyramid scheme. (How many actually book travel for others and not just themselves?!)
Be careful as you can get yourself into a lot of trouble if you don't follow the rules and regs re advertisement etc with ATOL, TTA etc You may not think your posts on social media are being looked at but trust me they are! YOU MUST BE COMPLIANT!
How can you manage hundred of people? The answer is... Its impossible!
Commission takes forever to get paid and there are hidden fees if you keep it in the hyper wallet and when you also come to withdraw it!! Im still owed outstanding commission since ceasing my membership which im still chasing up.
If you want to become an agent there are many more companies that you can approach and work on behalf of even the higher chains ones. You can then set your own commission and not rip people off!! We're in a cost of living crisis so customers want a good deal, unfortunately they will not pay you £300 plus for a more personalised service like Intele want you to promote! Would you?!
If something seems to good to be true then it most probably is. Reach out to other agencies if this is something you are interested in doing.

DO NOT!!!!!
DO NOT!!!!!! Fall for the dreams they sell. I became an agent September 2023 and by October 2023 I wanted out. I have made a huge mistake by putting my own personal cruise under myself when I was a agent and now want to transfer it back to carnival and the documentation carnival is asking for inteletravel is now pretending they don’t send. I’m beyond pissed because this is my daughter graduation cruise. My coach started off nice and helpful but became extremely rude and not helpful at all. Customer service is rude and get smart with you once you no longer want to be an agent under them. All carnival is asking is a letter head with all my booking information and a signature my the manager for the money transfer to a direct booking. Pissed off is an understatement😡😡 I feel so stupid for even doing this.

Tanya O'Neal that's an agent out of…
Tanya O'Neal that's an agent out of California, stole money and left us without a room she also added her family members into 2 of my guests rooms that she did not know that was apart of a different party group. I have been dealing with this matter since July 24, 2023 and nothing have been solved. I have been in communication with Director of Group Travel out in Florida and nothing has happen no REFUND/ Customers do not come first. Please watch out for people like this I will never book with InteleTravel
is nothing like AAA or Priceline way better customer services and monies will be handle right, not having somewhere on a cruise ship for 4 days without no where to sleep but in Tanya O'Neal's room/ parents/ daughters room .. ooh and by the way nobody and my group knew Tanya so for 1 of my guest having to sleep with O'Neal's parents there definitely was money took... NEVER BOOK WITH INTELE TRAVEL

Do NOT get sucked in (even the selling travel part!)
Inteletravel UK is such a scam (and i'm not talking about the MLM side, I know there are 2 different schemes).
I wasn't going to write a review until I got my final commission, but given it's now been 6 months, I fear it will never come and I've seen the recruiters out in full force the last couple of days, so want to pre-warn everyone. DO YOUR RESEARCH - if something seems to good to be true, it usually is!
I signed up for the selling - I wanted to sell travel and I wanted to have a top-up income. I was not ever interested in the MLM side. My 'Upliner' was lovely and this is nothing against her at all.
However, since leaving and joining an amazing company I now see what a scam Intele is. They hook you in and just let you loose with crap training. You will have SO many hidden costs, that you will not end up with the 70% comms you expect (e.g. paying to withdraw your money, paying credit cards fees for some companies etc). Once you step out, you will see that Intele are not well respected among suppliers. I looked up a hotel on a supplier logged into my new agency. I then logged in as Intele and exactly the same hotel, dates etc was more expensive, meaning Intele clearly add on a sneaky amount 1st, before even taking their 30%.
Customer service is awful - you email, you always get a standard response saying they're busy and can take 10+ days. Live chat is not great either and make sure you screen shot everything as you go as evidence as they shut it down SO quickly and you can't save. If there was an emergency or you made an error, you would have no idea who to call.
The facebook group is full of nasty, passive agressive comments by Tricia, the director, who basically likes to put all the blame on agents, rather than the fact they offer shocking training and have too many agents to have any control over! And if you dare challenge anything you'll be blocked or they won't publish your question.
You will rarely come out competitive and you can't adjust your commissions to try and be.
They are a company purely interested in trying to get you to recruit or to just use it for your own travel...it's not really about selling to clients. Yes, you will see on Insta some of the top directors and yes they're making money, but that's from recruiting, not selling travel.
Most of the agents in my new company are Ex-Intele and all are chasing commissions from months and months ago. Some were threatened and intimidated when they told their upliner they were leaving.
DO NOT get sucked in!! You have been warned!
