This is a s**t company sorry for my words but with another words it is impossible! Nobody said me that they will take from me every month 35£ and when I said that I want to leave this company they didn't refund me the started 142£ for I don't know what and the f***g 35£ which I paid first month don't believe in them 🤮

Where do I start, I was a travel agent for a year and your higher ups definitely make money off your bookings so they only way for you to make money is to recruit people or book a £500+ holiday every 2 weeks? 1) Who is going on that many holidays? 2) Prices aren't competitive 3) Takes over 9 months to pay our commission and even then very poor money! Save yourself your money and book direct with hotels if you're that scared of love holidays

I was contacted by Ann Yates, InteleTravel for European trip 2025, after I had submitted a requesst on InteleTravel site. Her IATAN # 10548020, ASTA # 900303622 which I later received upon request. I will not be providing exact itinerary; i.e. country, locations, dates, attractions for my own safety and security. In my communication, I provided her with very specifics on itinerary; dates, flight information, cities to visit, attractions desired, hotels desired and more. I stated that I was outside the dates to book many of these, but wanted to provide her with adequate time .I basically had done all the ground work for her. I also requested a phone appointment to discuss further. She ignored my request for phone appointment. I was surprised to hear from her in a short period of time. I was further SHOCKED of the inadequate and incompetent partial itinerary. She sent me an invoice for almost $15,000 nonrefundable, non changeable with a required down payment, stating I had declined travel insurance. It was NEVER offered. She COMPLETELY missed the mark! For this amount, she DID NOT include any flight itinerary, transport within the region to different locations and only part of the hotels needed, many attractions missing. She also changed numerous details and DID NOT follow my suggested itinerary; hotel change, complete rearrangement of my suggested itinerary, other items completely left out. She commented she made changes and switched up the itinerary without any communication to me prior. FURTHER MORE, SHE HAD THE DATES COMPLETELY WRONG. She sent an invoice and only some information for the wrong month! How could any intelligent person get this wrong! I then contacted her via email making a second request for phone appointment. She did reply, refusing a phone appointment stating she was too busy in the mornings and I could "try" to contact her in the afternoon. Stay away from this uninformed, unprofessional, supposed specialty travel person. Ann Yates is extremely Incompetent!

Investigated the potential to work in travel in my spare time, and when Inteletravel first came up I was hesitant at first, but finally after some convincing from my upline manager, I took the plunge and went for it. Set up my pages and promoted my business. No sales, and I just found that the support wasn't there, added to groups where others just did not care to respond to queries. Told my upline several times that I wanted to quit because I wasn't getting any help at all. Booked to attend one of their 'dream maker' events, and told that someone would be able to drive me to Birmingham. That person ignored me. So I walked away, upline continuing to encourage me to sign up again. This year, I thought about trying again. But my upline is now ignoring any requests I have. I've walked away completely. Left any groups which I was a part of. A better opportunity will come along. Inteletravel was a waste of my time and money.

I tried to be an independent travel agent with this company from March 2024 through July 2024. I had notified my sponsor, team director and inteletravel customer service about my desktop website not working properly, no response on fixing. Those issues prevented any booking capabilities which basically makes site 100% worthless. Sent multiple messages(tickets) on their response mentions nothing about site failures. To this day cannot reach any management on issue. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not listen to all the “agents” being paid to leave false reviews. The company is a pyramid scheme and a scam. You can only make money by singing others up and taking money off them, knowing they won’t make a penny. The so called “training” is abysmal. The company scams people, makes false bookings and unless you conform to its fake news and lies, they will rinse you of money too. Bullies, liars, scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!! If you want to be an agent used a reputable company like Hayes, there’s a reason you have never heard of these fraudsters.

This place allowed one of their agents/ppl to scam me. I emailed and I've been ignored. I've provided documentation( receipts, website, charges ,etc) with no response. If you review the FAQ. There is a question that states " Is Inteletravel a scam ?" and the answer to the question was "Absolutely not, although travel is an industry where scams have been too common. For over two decades InteleTravel always has been an example of ethical business, with an extremely high customer satisfaction rate, and a proposition that has proved very attractive to potential agents. InteleTravel is recognized throughout the industry for its leadership, and enjoys the highest ratings from the Better Business Bureau and other trade associations" However, I shared my concerns about being scammed and I've been ignored. Stay away, if you do not want to be scammed

InteleTravel faithfully collects their money every month. I always have to call to get my small commissions and no bigger than they are, I shouldn't have to wait two months to receive them. They really need to do better. As well, please get people who understand the English Language as it is the one I speak and understand.
