InteleTravel.comReviews of inteletravel.com

Con company charging a monthly fee for software that is actually free to everyone. I tried their software, got a refund within 30 days, but Plannet Marketing is still trying to charge me after I canceled. Avoid them.

Intele travel helped for bit but soon they realised unfortunately due to one of their agents scamming people there was more people who been affected they washed their hand of us all … Absolutely disgusting costumer services they don’t seem to care about peoples health who have been affected by all this Gemma Martinez was advertising under Intele travel therefore intele have a duty of care!! Which intele have not followed up and don’t say you referred us to abta as that’s no good they don’t care either!! Gemma Martinez conned everyone she could and kept their money . Yet intele never once questioned her why no bookings were coming in.. when she was their biggest seller !! There’s over 100 of us in this situation I would not recommend intele one bit as it’s now twice this scammers do what they do under intele nose and they seem to allow it I hope by bbc sharing the news yesterday they will take some responsibility rather than fob us off

Part of a huge fraud case soon everyone will know about inteletravel and their lack of support for the victims - hundreds of them

Pffff I am so frustrated I don’t even know from where to start !!!! I’ve read the reviews just NOW unfortunately and I wanted to copy paste them here, the one that are true! STAY the f away from this crap ! It’s the biggest scam ever ! I have 1 week trying to cancel my membership and no one is answering I talked with someone on live chat and she was the rudest ever!!!!!!!! Not to mention i was lied, it’s £35 a month for membership and the prices for holidays are triple more expensive then anywhere else!! Website is full of errors and slow, people where complaining. I’m still waiting for my cancellation...

Stay away from these animals

Signed Up as an Independent Agent and I wish I had came here to read the reviews before delving in 😔. The emphasis is on Planet Marketing and recruiting. I was only interested in earning travel commissions. They said 60 days for post travel for commission but 90 days is a kick in the butt... I have sent tickets inquiring about my commission and no response 14 days and going. I have submitted all my suppliers check details to show that commissions have been paid to Intele and no one responds. Customer service is pointless because they have these offshore people repeating that a response will take up to to 60 days. Now 60 days for an email response is quite bizarre 😳 🤔. Frustrating and I am currently looking at alternatives

Stay away!! These people are inexperienced and have no clue what they are doing! Stick to a proper travel agent who will have had years of experience. The 5 star reviews on here are from reps trying to boost the score

All the 5 star reviews are by PlanNet Marketing reps - they get paid every time they recruit someone so of course they are going to put rave reviews. From my experience: -travel commissions never paid on time. -travel commissions never as much as advertised. This was the same for my “team”. -hidden fees like the hyperwallet fee, card charge fee, withdrawal fee. -awful customer service on the travel side. Customers had issues and no one would help me. When I asked for help in the official agents group my post was removed. -cult like mentality and cult like calls. -huge focus on recruiting new members. Very little focus on travel. -travel was actually more expensive when booking for clients. I could go on… My personal opinion is that people are using Inteletravel as a front for the recruitment MLM scheme PlanNet Marketing. Even if you just join to book travel you have to sing up via a PlanNet rep, who then gets paid, so you always fall into a downline. When you get involved you soon realise that they aren’t booking travel. There is a heavy incentive to recruit others into the scheme and create your own pyramid. 7 way of earning are through recruiting. If the money being earned is purely from recruitment then this is nothing more than a pyramid scheme in disguise. Check out the income disclosure statement. 78% earn nothing and of those that do earn, 92% get $41 annually…
