Booked 3 days bed and breakfast with inteletravel in the icon hotel in Bangkok. When we booked in, hotel said we have got bed only, no breakfast. I showed the hotel my invoice from inteitravel quoting bed and breakfast, they showed me inteletravel booking clearly showing bed only. I had to pay the hotel an additional £42 for breakfast. I have emailed inteletravel several times with no reply. Stay way clear of this rip off company

The incompetence of this agency ruined a very significant family vacation for fourteen or us. My travel agent booked a stay at Tryp by Wyndham, Panama on our behalf. We were given a confirmation number and other relevant documents relating to this booking and travel plans. When we arrived at the hotel, in spite of having the booking number and confirmation the Hotel insisted that the booking was never made or paid for with them, for the two main members (the Matriarch and Patriarch) of the family. The hotel insisted no booking was made and much to our inconvenience, we had to pay cash to the hotel to ensure they had a place to stay since all other on ground travel arrangements were made to this hotel as the place of stay. It was important that we stayed together since we traveled to Panama to celebrate together. Since, we had to pay on site for a payment that was made in advance through our agent, it leaves a very bitter taste and stain on our memory. What should have been a memorable occasion was ruined by your insensitive incompetence. This level of incompetence or insensitivity towards a customer is incomprehensible and regrettably. My family and I will personally blacklist Inteletravel when it comes to making future vacation plans. We are yet to come to terms with the level of inconvenience caused to our vacation. 1. I await a full refund through my travel agent, Global Divine Destinations, for the monies paid. I don't care about your refund or transfer policies. We paid and you did not deliver, now we are asking that we be refunded immediately for what you did not deliver to us. I can write more bait will hold here for a moment to see how this goes

Spent 3 years and over £1500 for a "backed team" yet when there's an issue, they don't care. Booked a 4*Hotel through them directly (a long dream of going to Ireland I spent alot more to have a 4*Hotel and not a bnb) It was shocking, the shower and TV didn't work, took 2 days for a single small towel, ran out of coffee and sugar, wouldn't even let us use one of the empty en-suites even though we couldn't shower or take a bath but inteletravel didn't care and passed me on to booking.com it's a joke!! They haven't paid me a single penny commission either, had to get to a limit then it was swallowed up by the middle man and they refuse to pay it out. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

Only got a 1 as wasnt sure if i could do 0 stars. Charlatan company, prices way more expensive than any other travel company. Shambles to try to learn how to sell as a pyramid scheme so no formal training and you just have to work it out yourself. Steer clear at all costs.

Used to be a part of this and it is well behind us. It is an American pyramid selling scheme, and if you're serious about getting into the travel business and making an income from it, then steer clear of this one. For the very little return you get, you have to fight for it, it took 18 months on one occasion and as others state, most commission is swallowed up by costs. If people think they can make money with InteleTravel then believe me, invest in a proper franchise and you’ll be making a fortune.

Many of them ask for monthly payments- otherwise you won’t be able to work for them !!

After having dealings with 2 "agents" in Leicestershire I can tell you that I have seen documents/ statements that the real thrust is planet marketing which is a pyramid scheme and therefore illegal. The only place they advertise is on Facebook and in 3 years do not have a single positive review , don't even book there own travel through there business. what other business can achieve success with just a couple of adds a day ? Look at the amount of advertising legitimate travel company's do that have been around for years. I would challenge any "agent" to prove me wrong. Trading standards are becoming aware of this.
