InteleTravel / Pure Travel. I have had to amend the flights I booked due to ill health. They wanted to issue me with a huge invoice for canceling. So I said I would amend my flights and go in March. InteleTravel / Pure Travel have done everything they can to make it difficult, and have some very odd practices. (1) The new flight prices they quoted me are roughly DOUBLE that on the BA site. (2) InteleTravel adds tax, but that I believe is included in BA's advertised fares. I may be wrong. (3) They don't give you their T&C before you book. (4) They suddenly decided my one-night hotel stay could not be amended without a huge fee.

Its not a company its crap, they sign you as an agent , no support just 100s emails per day, I cancelled my membership , they just apologize no money return, so I Paid $250 for crap, would not recommend.

BIG mistake when I call myself working with ITA. My commission been sitting in Hyperwallet since November and I still cannot cash it out. The workers are incompetent on every level. I file taxes every year without any issues but here they are telling me they cnt verified information with IRS. I reached out to IRS and they have no issues with my information. IRS even sent me confirmation of my verification and I sent it to Inteletravel.com and still getting the runaround. They just want to take fees and not pay commission. It's like getting paid is a lottery. The rating is NEGATIVE ZERO. Stay clear for your own sanity.

Do not book with Inteletravel they set up their agents for failure. I booked with Inteletravel had an issue where I was without a room for more than 7 hours after the first day at the resort because the rooms were flooded. The resort reimbursed me 2 nights stay they sent it to Inteletravel $3000 and Inteletravel has decided to keep my refund but giving me any answers as to where is my refund I have a letter from resort and Inteletravel is not honoring my reimbursement. They are thieves. Needless to say the Agent felt so embarrassed and wound up leaving Inteletravel. Bad business Inteletravel. If you’re such a successful and honorable company you wouldn’t have stolen my reimbursement.

SCAMMERS. I signed up less than 30 days ago. I created a quote for a customer on a suppliers website - GIVEN NO TRAINING OR DOCUMENTS OF HOW TO DO THIS, next thing I know I have an email from Inteletravel a week later telling me the customer deposit is due - I never made a booking, and my search history confirms this. I was told to ring the supplier - JET2, who refused to waiver the deposit, for a holiday I didn't book, that didn't exist. I am now told I owe £240 deposit payment and will be pursued for this. HOW is it even possible for a booking to be confirmed WITHOUT immediate deposit payment. I NEVER MADE A BOOKING, but yet inteletravel have access to my bank card and credit card and I believe they'll just take this money out, despite me requesting to cancel within 30 days and them oweing me a refund of £140. They are a joke of a company. I would advise you all to steer clear, absolute scammers.

I have been an agent under Inteletravel for a year. I have yet to receive one commission payment even though I have booked 16 trips thus far. I been using Expedia TAAP for bookings. I always have to submit a ticket to see where my commission is. I signed up for Delta Vacations but couldn't get logged on the portal. Every number in the training module for Delta Vacations is disconnected. I called Inteletravel customer service. The Inteletravel customer service rep sent me new passwords. It still did not work. Inteletravel customer service rep kept sung it should work. But it didn't. I had to create a ticket. I tried to make airfare reservations on Farebuzz. It kept erroring. I contacted Farebuzz and they said they would make the reservation over the phone. The Farebuzz rep claimed the airfare was $60 more than what their portal was stating. I finally got the Farebuzz rep to honor their portal price. My client provided payment information. The next day, Farebuzz emailed and stated the fare increased. How can the fare increase when my client provided payment the day before? Farebuzz would not honor the price and canceled my client airfare. I contacted Inteletravel and they could not help. Inteletravel does NOT assist their agents when an agent is having issues with one of the vendors in the "preferred partners" list. Inteletravel don't have a problem deducting money out of my account every month. I want my commission. Inteletravel customer service said I have to create a ticket for each booking. This is ridiculous! Do NOT join Inteletravel! They just want YOUR money and don't try to assist you!
