I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Channel F. She was fantastic! Usually I hang up on calls like these, however Channel from Integrity was different. She did a wonderful job of explaining WHY I was renewing my contract. Many times I find representatives are always trying to push with the hard sell without reason or explanation. Channel was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and personable, I really enjoyed speaking with her! Had it not been for Channel, I would have hung up on anyone else and would have been paying ridiculous amounts for my electric supply. She is a huge asset to Integrity Energy and I hope they recognize her as such. I have spoken to many representatives in the past, and no one can compare to Channel. I encourage any business owner to contact Channel F. at Integrity Energy, you will not be disappointed.

Our representative Channel was incredibly helpful and patient regarding our busy, and occasionally crazy, schedule. Any time we had a question we could call and were given easy to understand and thorough answers. We were presented with two competitive quotes and she was kind enough to help me walk through each portion of the contracts to ensure complete understanding of what we were signing.

I have been working with Channel for quite a while now. She is always very professional and always helps me with getting the lowest price that I can get. I really appreciate all the hard work from Integrity Energy and their employees.

Katrina Carr was very helpful. I guess she has been working with us for the last 15 years, but I am new to the position of Office Manager and was not aware of who, what, where... of setting up energy agreements. Katrina thoroughly answered ALL my questions in a professional, yet pleasant manner.
