I was having trouble online and the associate was very helpful

The process was made easy, the rate was good, and the company has a partnership with a trusted organization. The log-in portal instructions could have been better.

Would’ve preferred to pay monthly for the insurance I purchased, but the only was to do so was through paypal credit and due to paypal being down and me being unable to connect either of my banks to paypal, I had to pay for my annual insurance in one bulk payment which was disappointing. Overall, the Insure site was easy to use though, and very concise.

Only issue is that the website looks like a website of a very small company. Doesn’t build trust in the brand. However, all else went well.

I’ve never had to use my insurance in 30 years of practice. This insurance seems to be ok. They take my money and remind me every year it’s time to renew. They’ve been quick to help with listing by coinsured.
