I needed some support (self-inflicted issue), and Ananta (a Superstar!) gave me prompt, effective support and additional information I needed for continued success.

Our site was very large and had some issues migrating to the Live environment. The instaWP staff went above and beyond to help ensure that things were backed up and properly migrated. Melven stayed on chat for over 7 hours watching out files transfer to make sure things were progressing and remained patient through my frustrations. at change of shift other team members took over until the project was done. Their chat support is outstanding. I had 2 separate questions. Support rep helped my quickly and I got everything sorted on the first attempt. They also emailed me chat so I could send to my business partner to see options and resolution. I love that we can move from staging ==> live inside one process Prices are very sweet for smaller firms as well. I got a $500 credit in my hosting account for taking their hosting survey. That's ~28 months of hosting on my current plan.

We use InstaWP to offer demo sites with our WordPress plugin pre-installed. The demo sites are styled and have sample data to experiment with—something other services can’t offer. All works well, and there is rarely any issue. But InstaWP’s support is even better than their great products. They’re very well-trained, quick to catch on to your problem, and you won’t leave the convenient chat without a solution.
