I’ve been with Instawork for about 3 yrs and it has changed quite a bit. Some positive changes are with the app, which has gotten more user friendly, for the most part. There are also quite a bit more shifts available than there was when i started. The main reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is that it is not easy to get a live human for support. The experience is more AI or automated when looking for support. It can get frustrating because not all situation are covered in the FAQ section. Overall, Instawork works for me. I have been offered a permanent position at more than half of my worked shifts and currently I am working shifts at 2 businesses consistently for 3 yrs and 1 yr.

I love working with Instawork .. they post shifts that are convenient for me and pay is great ! Absolutely a great company to through .

Shifts are added regularly. I have had no issues with the app.

I have been with Insta Work for almost 2 years. And throughout that time I've never had a problem. I appreciate the opportunity to schedule jobs when I'm available. I also like the fact they offer full time jobs. I tell all my friends and family about Insta Work.

I’ve been on Instawork for four years and it’s been amazing

Essentially I work for two companies that use Instawork for extra staffing for events. They usually request me and I book right away. This is a perfect situation for me. The payment method works out well

As long as your consistent and don't take shifts u can't work you'll be ok

The company it's self is just great they give employees a chance to work on their own schedule and work special events catered to their work skills. I'd recommend this business as a nice side job opportunity.
