I really enjoy all of the places I have the opportunity to pick up shifts with. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

I enjoy Instawork. But one thing that needs improvement is communication. Every single time I book a new shift it is difficult to find the meet up point. There’s a lot of frustration with that. Lots of other say the same. Other than that I enjoy this app and it has been a blessing!

All of my shifts have been pleasant experiences. Captains and Shift crew workers have been welcoming, informative and kind. Company staff, like Sam’s Club and Manheim are hard caring workers.

IMT has been a bright spot during a challenging career transition. After being laid off from MetroHealth and navigating an extended job search influenced by broader government and economic changes, finding stable and meaningful employment was not easy. IMT provided an opportunity to regain momentum in a supportive, professional, and positive environment. What stands out most is the culture. The team is encouraging, optimistic, and genuinely invested in helping people succeed. Every shift feels productive and rewarding. The captains lead with professionalism and respect, and Alana has been an incredible source of support and positivity. During a period when many people were struggling to find their footing professionally, IMT offered a workplace where I felt valued, welcomed, and able to move forward with confidence.

The best shifts have been at Dickies Arena. Something you need to improve; get rid of the AI support system. Please get a humanbeing for support. I re eny had a really bad experience with the "AI Finch". I needed to speak with a human not a machine. The AI was no help.

This app helps me work jobs around my schedule. I don’t get messages stating can you go to this place asap. I can schedule my jobs. I know I will be paid with in the hour after I clock out. The people that I work with aren’t exhausted from working too much. They are extremely productive because they aren’t burnt out. This choice that is given to the insta work community to choose what day we can work is so healthy for a plethora of reasons. With that said I wish more companies understood this concept and implemented this healthy environment that the work provides

Instawork is an awesome platform to make legal extra money on. It’s on your own terms. The schedule is dictated all from a Pro’s availability. And there are some locations that will turn into permanent employment if one performs well. Highly recommend Instawork to friends and family.
