i bought a razr 2025 from this company. they said it was unlocked. it isn't. it's locked to att i've contacted att multiple times. the response is phone is ineligible for unlock. i've contacted insta wireless multiple times. when i spoke with a customer dervice rep last week i was told a return authorization would be issued if i cannot get the phone unlocked. i'm currently getting a stone wall from their email responses and they don't pick up the phone. please issue an rma so i can get a refund on this product. thank you.

rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other buyers should be aware of my experience.
I purchased a Motorola Razr+ 2025 that was advertised as "Unlocked | Made for US." After receiving the phone, it consistently displayed AT&T branding and software. While it may have been carrier-unlocked, Motorola support advised me that it was an AT&T Prepaid unlocked device and told me it could not be flashed to Motorola's standard factory software.
When using the phone on Verizon, I experienced repeated activation issues, connectivity problems, system crashes, failed calls and text messages, "Emergency Calls Only" messages, and other reliability issues. I spent considerable time working with Verizon, Motorola, Walmart, and the seller trying to resolve the problem.
The seller's primary suggestion was to restart the phone. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the issues.
To Walmart's credit, Walmart ultimately approved a refund after the problems could not be resolved. However, I still have to return the phone and wait for my refund before I can purchase a replacement, leaving me without a reliable phone in the meantime.
My experience may not reflect every customer's, but based on mine, I recommend buyers verify exactly what type of "unlocked" device they are purchasing and ask questions before ordering.
