Filed a claim and submitted all the requested receipts 2 months ago, still no notification of when I can expect my reimbursement. And their product is ineffective. Big time scam!!! Can't believe Verizon sold me this crap!!!

Been waiting 6 months for a check on a broken screen. Claim was all submitted and verified. Keep saying its in the next batch to be printed.

Filed a claim in October 2022. As of 4/1/23 still no reimbursement. I have sent multiple emails and placed various phone calls. I keep getting the same response that my claim has been approved and they are just waiting on the refund department to cut my check. The last time I emailed they did offer to complete a wire transfer if I supplied my account and routing number. Red Flags. Verizon you should be ashamed pushing this product.

Please, if you're reading this before you buy anything from Instaprotek, don't, it's 100% a scam. If you've bought it and are mad that you're not getting paid, too bad, reimbursement is not coming. The worst part is that it was sold to me from somewhere that should know better, a Verizon store. 3 months, doing exactly what they told me to do, not being paid, probably never will, that's what they never do. The only reason they don't have 1 star rating on play store is bots... Look outside of the play store and it's not even 2 stars at best.. I hope I can some day add my name to a class action lawsuit against Instaprotek. You'd think Sam Winkler and Scott Johnson wouldn't want their names on such a scam but after my experience, they must know, its too many times that I've read about people being cheated from this company.

I have had this on my brand new phone for one week. It’s already scratched and my phone is not in any heavy use or damaging place. They will replace my screen but not their product on my screen. Waste of money.

I agree with the other users. This service/product is a fraud. I'm currently 2+ months into waiting for reimbursement. Just like the others, I have emails where "we are awaiting cutting you a check". FRAUD!!!

I purchased this product for my phone in September of 2022. It failed and had to replace my screen in October of 2022. After a long drawn out affair I received an email saying they had everything they needed and my claim was sent to the reimbursement team for payment and that I should receive a check in 3-4 weeks. That was December 7th. Every time I make contact they say it is waiting on the reimbursement team to cut the check. They asked for a routing number and I refused. Seems at worst a scam company and at best a poorly run company with a bad product.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I filed my claim 9/29. Had to beg for updates despite the fact they say they will contact you. Today is 12/27. My file has been processed and approved, but my check has not been mailed and they cannot give me an idea of when it will be mailed. When I told them that is unacceptable and I need my money, they offered a wire transfer if I provide my bank routing and checking number. After reading all the negative reviews, I can say with certainty, this is a SCAM. Do not waste your money on this product unless you plan to spend a lot of energy fighting for the refund you rightfully deserve.
