NO STARS-- TOTAL SCAM!!! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They will do everything they can not to honor the warranty. I provided information showing the old phone replacement phone. I provided info. Showing my deductible. Now they want a receipt showing my old phone on it. My receipt with the deductible only shows what I paid for- the new phone. This company will come up with anything not to pay out the claim. SCAM This product needs to be removed from the shelve unless the company that is selling it is going to honor instaprotek's warranty. Contact your attorney General and file a complaint UPDATE: So after my review they approved the claim, but only for the amount of the copay to replace my phone- NOT for 200 as stated on the product when you buy it!. I still say contact your attorney general. I plan to also contact my phone carrier to have the product pulled from the shelve unless the carrier is going to honor the warrenty(FATCHANCE)

This has to be the worst company, business model, and customer service I have ever come across. This product is garbage, they both cracked within 30 days. For $50 dollar protectors. Then you have to pay $10.00 each for "shipping"? Not worth it by any means. If it’s not too late return and get a refund ASAP. They find a million ways around honoring all of their warranties or getting more money from you. I wish I looked up reviews before spending $100 on plastic trash.

The absolute worst scam I've seen in years. The screen literally micro cracks just from some light use. After charging you over 70 dollars for the initial product and shady insurance policy, you have a screen that cracks after literal weeks of use. This has happened to me on two separate occasions, then when you try to get another one, they charge $10 to replace the micro cracked screen only to wash and repeat. This product is terrible and I will never purchase again. I'll be posting a YT video on this terrible experience soon.

I purchased this product through Verizon, and what a big mistake, they did not tell me I had to register, OK, so the agent said to go with the warranty, well that is a joke, I only paid $60 for the screen saver, and I spent like 5 hours on trying to get a refund. My time is valuable and i guess that is what they are counting on. I will never buy from them again, Amazon here I come.

This is the first time I have ever left a review for any product. I believe this company (InstaProteck) is a SCAM. They responded to my claim saying that I should upload the photo and IMEI number. I complied with their request, received no response. And then they sent an Emil saying my claim has been closed. Please do NOT associate with this business.

I had a verizon employee install this product on my new samsung s23 ultra. I also had her apply it to my camera lens (plural). My screen broke in about 3 months and I complied with their rules and regs for the insurance. By the way I was mislead by the verizon employee that my camera lens were covered. NOT! they only cover the screen. I now have multiple scratches on my Lens(plural). I submitted all required documentation and had my submission approved in JULY 23. It is now Dec 23 with no check. I have contacted them multiple times and they keep stating the check is coming at the untmost priority. Shame on them, Sham on verizon. scam. scam. scam

Purchased at At&t Store. Employee put on the screen protector. Screen broke several weeks later. Filed a claim. Had phone fixed. Submitted receipt before deadline & they denied the claim saying we did not file the receipt, the receipt is saved on our Instaprotek profile. Scam!!!

*** Do NOT do business with this company! *** They require verbal validation via a 3 way call with them, the repair shop and you the customer. Paid $50 for a crappy screen protection scam. My phone literally dropped 1 foot onto the ground and shattered my screen. Now they refuse to reimburse me, because of this 3 way call nonsense that nobody has time for. ***Stay far away from instaProtek!! ***
