Awesome tool to create landing pages and get inspiration from top-level design. I have tried a lot of similar tools and this is the first one i invest in after trial. UX is great, support is awesome, product keeps improving. Long live instapage !

The tech itself if is pretty great, but the customer support is definitely lacking. Especially considering that they recently increased the fee for the tool. I've been trying to get a conversion tracking issue fixed - I've chatted with multiple reps and they provide conflicting information. I've requested phone support and they let me know that phone support is only available from 9pm PST to to 3am PST. I'm on central time. So the earliest I could talk to someone is 11pm. It makes no sense that they have customer phone support only available in the middle of the night. Really disappointed in the service right now.

Thank you for taking the time to review, Alvaro. I wanted to double check to see if your 1-star rating was a mistake or if you could elaborate if it was not.

I've had really good and really bad experiences Instapage. 1. Customer Service: I feel some need more training. For example, I've had one customer service representative tell me that it is not possible to pass user info from the Instapage form to our registration form because our execution is not the same as what is mentioned in their resources... the rep was wrong considering I was able to workaround it. However, there have been helpful reps like Roxi and Mihaela. 2. UX/UI: Constant changes in UI makes it difficult to perform usual tasks. I feel like the product should've been tested, and reviewed against competitors first with the possible companies in mind prior to launch. 3. Plans: Changes as well. Having unlimited visitors, etc., in all the plans intially then stripping it off the new ones without better notice other than 1. sentence in a page that current customers won't see caused a huge disappointment. Also, the enterprise plan is not as customizable. Features are forced upon the user to allow for a higher price. Overall experience is not great. Though the analytics and conversion tracking portion need improvement, I'd say its sufficient. I wish I could consistently say that their customer service was dependable. In comparison to Unbounce, I'd say the only great thing (for now, until we have to switch to the new plan) with Instapage is the price.

Hello Roegue. Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. Critical customer feedback is crucial for us to continue to improve. Your support feedback has been passed along to the team to evaluate better ways to improve. Our goal with the UI changes was to make the builder more intuitive and match the UI of the rest of our platform. We hope that no major changes are needed for a long time now that everything has a similar look and feel. Finally, we hope that over the coming months your company is able to fully utilize the complete set of features to maximize the value you receive from our platform. We want to help companies grow through more optimized advertising campaigns and higher ROI. However, we know that the price increases and features are not feasible for everyone and respect any decision you make next summer. Hang tight, though, because we have many major improvements and new features on the way. Thank you
