Instant PromotionReviews of instantpromotion.com

Great product and excellent customer service. Easy process

Ray Nock was good to work with. There was a challenge matching fill colors to our logo colors, but we did finally agree on creative. However, when the canopy arrived at the office, the colors in the FCD logo (all sides) bled over and were not aligned. I will send photos to Ray for him to review. At this time, we need the canopy for an event on 11/17, so we'll not be returning the canopy right now now. I will keep in touch in case we change our mind.

You are the best

Great product. Easy company to work with.

Work came out perfect and arrived ahead of time!

I got quotes from 4 different companies. Instant Promotion had the best price, and their warranty was exactly the same as a company that wanted 4 times as much for the canopy. In fairness, the other company said that all the parts on their frame were aluminum, and this one has plastic pivot points. That being said, the plastic is very thick and sturdy, and it still has the same 5 year warranty. I was a little concerned about the canopy since I have only owned the $50 variety of canopy in the past. There is no reason to be concerned, as this is a heavy duty canvas feeling canopy. With proper care, I can see this lasting 5 to 10 years. As far as the sublimation, it is perfect. It looks exactly like the proof that I approved, and the first time we set it up, other teams were coming to ask where we got it. It stood out among all the other tents there. Stephen was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him and Instant Promotion if you need a good heavy duty portable tent.

Received the wrong cross bar clamps twice. And the original order had the wrong transport duffle bag.

Thank you very much for all your assistance. Amazing communication and customer service. Quality product and will highly recommend to friends.
